So over the course of a week, my wife and I stopped in to test drive vehicles. We were in the market for fuel efficient vehicles, and test drove the Hybrid version of the Camry, Corolla, & Prius. Stacey helped us with our test drive, she exceeded our expectations, answered all of our questions, and offered additional tidbits about each of the vehicles. Her knowledge was extremely helpful in our decision making process. We settled on the 2020 FWD Prius Limited. The dealer didn't have any Limited on site, but did a dealer transfer for us with no problems. We traded in our vehicle, at the trade value we desired. We love that TF offers a military rebate, Kurt in the finance department was able to offer additional rebates and incentives when filing the financial paperwork with TFS. We did opt for the extended warranty to fit our lifestyle, and added the Zurich Shield since we had it on our last vehicle. Clancy helped us out when we scheduled our return visit to get the Zurich shield installed. The reps didn't push us to buy additional equipment or features, instead showing us what options were available to us at any time, and they listened to our needs and concerns. We will be back to trade in our Rav4 for a Hybrid Rav4 when the time comes in a few years. Toyota Foothills has earned a customer for life! More

Fast Oil Change and service - Slow Check Out The oil change was done within 30 minutes and the guy came in and told me what they did and said to wait for the girl to get my keys. Usually that doesn't take long...until this time. 5 years I've been coming here and this was the first time that I had to stand around and wait for my keys to come in after the work was done, and to be called for an additional 30 minutes! Ridiculous because one of the service guys (very young) had my keys and most likely forgot that maybe the customer would like them and wasn't until I said something twice before the girl called and asked where they were. More
