We have been customers for over 15 years, but service has been declining rapidly. Just had service, very disappointed, yes they were wearing masks, but nothing else was done. Went to pay for service and the cashier announced loudly that my credit card was declined so the whole room could hear, tried again and said it was declined. Then announced you only get 3 try’s,! Come to find out that the internet was down, not her problem.... cash or wanted to photocopy my credit card or no car. I paid cash and will never go back there again. Lost a long time customer, there are other places to go,. More

Look out Sales person, Juan, didn’t know anything about the car we purchased. Got home and discovered the installed rear view did not have system for opening g Sales person, Juan, didn’t know anything about the car we purchased. Got home and discovered the installed rear view did not have system for opening garage door. Asked Juan why we did not have this item and his response was “ I hadn’t asked about it”. We looked at ten cars on the internet and everyone had this system. When went to the dealership Juan was not there. We dealt with Tyler and she helped expedite the purchasing process. Typical car sales people HIGH pressure. Had two sales people try and sell me a car. Both attempted to trick me into thinking it had several options that the car did not. Th HIGH pressure. Had two sales people try and sell me a car. Both attempted to trick me into thinking it had several options that the car did not. They even had it in writing. I had to argue with them. These were big obvious things. How can they do that? I thought it was pretty slimy. One day they were trying to force the car down my throat by lowering the price, I was not ready to buy. A few days later I went back (now ready to buy) and they would not honor their previous price (not even close), even though they had lowered the list price on the car. So I ended up paying more than I could have the first visit, and feeling like I got screwed. I was paying in full by check. They did some kind of credit check on me. I don't know why this was necessary. This involves credit agencies, and just because they did a credit check or something, my credit score has dropped. My car insurance company uses your credit score as one of the things they use to set your premium cost (as most do). On their paperwork they show you how they come up with your premium cost. One of the things they list as increasing my premium cost was: "Your most recent application for an auto loan was in the last 700 days". I never applied for an auto loan, no way! I paid by check, and never mentioned anything about getting a loan. But if I go and look at my credit report, I can see Foothills was in there checking on me for some unknown and unnecessary reason. So whatever they did has jacked up my auto insurance for at minimum the next two years. Of course it's only after I buy the car and get insurance on it that I find this out. I would recommend not giving Foothills your personal information for this reason. Overall not too happy with Foothills Toyota. Would not recommend. I will not go back. Thank You More
