Getting back on track My previous two visits had been a bit disappointing, but this last visit was great! I did have trouble making my appt online as the system did not recognize that I had already been in for the 120k maintenance and wouldn't let me schedule the next appt. But, a quick call solve the problem. Finally, the sticker was replaced, car was washed, everything was done correctly. Back to being top-notch in my book! More

Very Efficient And Informative! We were received by Jessica for a routine maintenance and oil change appointment. She was efficient, informative, proactive and quick! We had bought o We were received by Jessica for a routine maintenance and oil change appointment. She was efficient, informative, proactive and quick! We had bought our truck about nine months ago. We did not realize we had maintenance service for a year on the truck at no additional charge and she explained all that for us. Also, she set up another appointment for us next year so we wouldn't have to worry about that! While our truck was being serviced, I observed her come into the waiting area to talk with other customers about the service on their vehicles. She was patient, listening carefully to questions and answering them well. Our truck was finished in about a half hour, including washing the truck! It is this kind of service that will bring customers back time and again! More
