When I looked for the cause, nothing was apparent. We should up at Foothills Toyota the next morning, unannounced and with no appointment. The service tech listened politely, had the car put on a lift and inspected. Brakes, pads, rotors, the whole deal. No damage or cause was found, but it was most likely a rock that had found its way in and thrown out. The service put our minds at rest. The tech also pointed out that the cold weather (20's) had likely caused critters to look for shelter under the hood. She showed us where and also advised how the prevent them. More

A GIFT THAT KEEPS ON GIVING I expected to have to take half a day off work for my 1st service, but Jolene said they could do it NOW, on my day off! I still had a 1 1/2 hour drive to get there, but did not mind waiting in their comfortable lounge. Everyone was nice, friendly, and professional. It took less time than expected. Plus, I was able to visit our salesman, Owen Siegrist who patiently helped me go over more features on my car and is still helping me! I can't say enough good things about my experience so far.
