We (unfortunately) bought a car from "Certified Sales Consultant" Brett Lange, who can only be described as a morally bankrupt xxxxxxx. After spending 10 minutes unsuccessfully trying to convince us to finance the car, he told us that since we're military and bank out of state, that the only way we could drive the car home that day was to finance and pay at least 1 month of interest. Of course that wasn't true and after being caught in the lie, he brought in Bruce Pham to present a more reasonable option. We completely understand the need to protect the dealership and not accept out of state checks, however, lying to customers in an attempt to push yet again for financing is unacceptable and disgusting. To our amazement, Brett Lange played the role of xxxxxxx salesman so well, that as we left, he essentially begged us not to leave a negative review because "a bad review would affect his bonus." I can only hope that Bruce Pham is able to save the next military family from being taken advantage of by Mr. Lange. Shame... More

I would NOT recommend buying from this business. My partner and I signed off on a truck a week ago and thought it was all a done deal. We were even told they would work to try to get us a LOWER rate th partner and I signed off on a truck a week ago and thought it was all a done deal. We were even told they would work to try to get us a LOWER rate than what we signed. I didn't hold my breath for that but I was livid when I got the call today that the rate would actually be DOUBLE what we had already signed. Needless to say we returned the truck and got our trade in back. This was a horrible experience and makes me sick to think of how many others have had this happen to them. Buyers beware!! More

Sold me a truck without side airbags after asking the sales person four + times if the truck had side airbags. He said yes, over and over. A week later I find out it has no side airbags. Also they sent my new plates to an old address in portland because they "lost the paperwork" that had my current address on it. Temp plates expired before I could drive the 240 miles to portland to get my new plates. I will NEVER return to this dealership. More
