After service, I found a screw in my tire. This is the second time I had to return to Toyota after repairs. Both times we because a screw was in my tire and my tire pressure sensor was alertin This is the second time I had to return to Toyota after repairs. Both times we because a screw was in my tire and my tire pressure sensor was alerting me to the quickly decreasing sir pressure. It was fine before I went there and they took longer to treat the hole than the original appointment. Now I have 2 tires that have had repairs in the car I bought brand new from Foothills Toyota. To say this is displeasing is an understatement. More

When I entered the department, they were friendly and listened to what I said explaining the problem The customer service I received here was superb. When I entered the department, they were friendly and listened to what I said explaining the problems I was experiencing. I provided as much detail as I could and the agent documented it all for the service technician. I was expecting the worst. After they called me back and provided an analysis of the problem, they gave me a repair estimate and also noted some additional areas of concern I should consider repairing. With the age of my vehicle, I had them fix it all. I am glad I went there. My vehicle seems to have a new life. The performance is better, and I could not be more satisfied. My vehicle just had its life extended, and I look forward to the miles down the road. More
