I called early in the morning and spoke to Jasmine to confirm you had the car I was looking for. She right away went and found out and you did have the car. I live in Seattle so she offered to make any time available if I could make it up. She also offered that if I couldn't make it until close to closing time that it was not a problem; she would stay until I could get there. She sent me several pics of the car I wanted which I appreciated. I let her know early afternoon that I could start heading up around 4. I finally arrived around 5:45pm and she was so kind and attentive; offering me coffee, tea, water... I test drove the car and fell in love. The whole team was absolutely amazing; Jazmine, Brandon, and Dave in loan/ finance. We were pretty much the only ones left in the building since it was after closing, but no one was complaining or rushing me out the door. Jazmine and I hugged when I got to your dealership and we hugged before I left. The whole experience from when I walked in the door to when I drove away in my brand new Rav4 Hybrid was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had!
