I called early in the morning and spoke to Jasmine to confirm you had the car I was looking for. She right away went and found out and you did have the car. I live in Seattle so she offered to make any time available if I could make it up. She also offered that if I couldn't make it until close to closing time that it was not a problem; she would stay until I could get there. She sent me several pics of the car I wanted which I appreciated. I let her know early afternoon that I could start heading up around 4. I finally arrived around 5:45pm and she was so kind and attentive; offering me coffee, tea, water... I test drove the car and fell in love. The whole team was absolutely amazing; Jazmine, Brandon, and Dave in loan/ finance. We were pretty much the only ones left in the building since it was after closing, but no one was complaining or rushing me out the door. Jazmine and I hugged when I got to your dealership and we hugged before I left. The whole experience from when I walked in the door to when I drove away in my brand new Rav4 Hybrid was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had! Meh, it's ok Not thrilled, thet oil changes are very expensive at $58. They always try to add on the brake inspection for $39. Last oil change I had them replaced the air filter, which they now marked as questionable. I get my oil changed on time like clock work, the air filter they replaced should be in great shape. They said the car wash was closed due to cold temps, yet when I left, they were running cars through it. Yet, returned my car to me not washed. I used to own a Honda and got used to the great service and reasonable prices at Sims. More
