Standing around for ten minutes while the call is completed wastes my time. My ride was waiting for me. The work is always top notch and rarely there is a fumble but this particular time, for me, was less then great. The phone message left to alert me the car was done didn’t explain details. After two return calls to leave a message and not get a call back, I called the main dealership number. I finally got a call back with details so my ride could bring me back to get the car knowing all had been completed. Just a fumble on attentive follow up and processing but I’m still trusting the maintenance crew 100%. More
