Consistently Friendly and Efficient Servicing I've had experiences with other Toyota servicing locations, as well as BMW and Mercedes, and Foothills is the best! Service department is always friendly and doesn't make you feel like just another number! Waiting room is comfortable and plenty of amenities to keep the customer entertained. Fantastic I came in for my 120,000 mile service, knowing full well I would need some extra work done. I've used other non-toyota dealerships in the past for other cars, and always felt they were taking advantage of me or being dishonest. Jon in the service center updated me personally every step of the way, and was unbelievably understanding of what I could afford. He ranked things out in terms of importance and worked with me to figure out what to do and when. I have quite a bit of work left to do on my Corolla, and I wouldn't dream of taking it anywhere else for the work! Ian was the mechanic working on my car, and he was incredibly kind and honest as well. I look forward to working with them in the future! More
