Wait time When we checked in the Jessica the service writer was awesome. Very professional and thorough with her job. Stated time it would take but all so let’s us know it could be done sooner. As soon as my car was done she lets us know immediately. Asked if we wanted our SUV to go threw the car wash we said yes. Advise it should take only about 10-15 minutes. Well this is when the break down happen. The Jessica service advisor left for the evening after speaking with us. The other service advisor Damian is where the breakdown happened. It was well over 30-45 minutes before we finally said something about where was our SUV it shouldn’t have taken so long to wash it. Damian didn’t seem to think it was of importance said “ oh must have been a line sorry I’ll check on it!“ Well that’s when we received our vehicle 15 minutes or so later. No sticker tag on window to let us know when next oil change. My husband went back in with our service papers to show Damian the milage on sheet to get accurate milage of when to return. Husband indicates that the service advisor Damian seemed put out for asking and gave sticker with I believe was just a rushed let me get you out of here sticker that read 500+ over our due oil change. Which would have terminated our free oil changes due to poor maintenance. Whether it would have deactivated my free oil changes or not! I take my maintenance on my vehicle serious. Sorry we came in on a Saturday but I drove all the way in from Lynnwood. Not happy with the tail end of our service. We are looking for another vehicle not sure now we will return. Pissed with poor service on second half! My name is Liz Pullen I do surveys all the time 99% are positive. I don’t like doing bad surveys must of bad service. Even tho I would still recommend. The service department also contacts the vehicle owner if they find any additional items that should be addressed and gives you the option to have those items repaired also.
