First impressions were good We just moved from the east coast and this was the first visit to this service center. Routine maintenance was performed. Making the appointment onlin We just moved from the east coast and this was the first visit to this service center. Routine maintenance was performed. Making the appointment online was seamless. The service was performed within the timeframe projected. The customer waiting area was comfortable and the service staff cordial and professional. Cost for the service was about 50% higher than back east - typical for other services we are finding since moving. I did note the service board indicated several customers had not arrived on time - or at all - for their appointments. Perhaps the service center should consider an incentive to those of us who do honor the appointment and arrive on time by awarding a discount? More
