outstanding people skill and service, cant thank you enough I have always feared going to Toyota dealerships do to the extra cost, but the difference between knowing that it’s done right the first time is worth I have always feared going to Toyota dealerships do to the extra cost, but the difference between knowing that it’s done right the first time is worth the little extra cost. Foothills Toyota went the extra mile in helping me. I came in knowing I had an extended worthy and needed a costly repair. They called the insurance company (twice) trying to explain the issue and trying to help me. I know the repair to my truck is done correctly, I can feel the how much better it drives and I know the next time I call out for help, they will be there for me. I would like to give an extra shout-out to, Danny Craven and Trever Eaton, I have a black lab that I brought into the shop with me, they made us feel welcome and the dog knew she was ok and relaxed around them as we arrived. Great Experience! I purchased from this dealership back in 1997 and loved it then and now in 2017 I love it just as much. Being sales professional myself, I especial I purchased from this dealership back in 1997 and loved it then and now in 2017 I love it just as much. Being sales professional myself, I especially enjoyed Eric Houser being completely honest about being new and still learning about the vast array of the Toyota product line. What he didn't know, he honestly said and then he went and found the answer.
