Service for general maintenance We have to Toyota's. Last week we took the Tundra in for what we thought was oil change but only needed a tire rotation. Took the Toyota 4Runner in ye We have to Toyota's. Last week we took the Tundra in for what we thought was oil change but only needed a tire rotation. Took the Toyota 4Runner in yesterday for an oil change, got there a little early for a 10:30 appointment and an hour and a half later they came to tell me the brakes needed redone and the filters needed changing. They wanted to know if I wanted them to perform that at that time. I did not want to wait hours longer, and was surprised as we have regularly maintained both of our vehicles at the Kirkland Toyota and was never informed about the brakes on the last visit. Burlington Toyota are pleasant to work with. I wish they had the express service without an appointment like the Kirkland Toyota has. Only draw back, it seems to take a long time waiting even with an appointment. Waiting room is pleasant and they do provide complimentary refreshments and a few small snacks. More

Victor (sales) was excellent, and although I had less contact with Kurt (Finance) and Danny (Service), they, too, were great. My only reason for not rating it a "5" is the back-and-forth nature of the negotiation process, which appears part-and-parcel of the experience of purchasing a used car; however, that fact doesn't make it any more pleasant for people (like me) who don't enjoy that kind of thing. I wouldn't call it "high pressure," but it seems a bit of a throw-back to an earlier age. Apart from that, the experience was very positive. I would highly recommend Victor as a sales person who was willing to go the extra mile to answer my questions and work with me. More
