Pleasantly surprised! I love this car! It was carFax certified AND I got a fair price, BUT...The radio stopped working, including the USB plug to charge my phone about an h I love this car! It was carFax certified AND I got a fair price, BUT...The radio stopped working, including the USB plug to charge my phone about an hour after I left the lot. The thing is: they actually DID care, and they didn't have to. They IMMEDIATELY returned my phone call. They had done a full inspection of the car on their lot and did not find the radio broken. They said they were terribly sorry. Well guess what?? This shop called some radio stores in my area so I would not have to drive 5 hours from Portland, Oregon again. AND they paid for the repairs! Let me tell you all something... this would have NEVER turned out as good for me if I had bought a car in Portland!! They did NOT have to fix it. I bought the car "as-is" and any other dealership would have told me tough luck. These folks have caused me to reconsider that all dealerships are just trying to be a rip-off. These folks are actually honorable and honest! Could not be happier!!! I know that when I can afford a new Prius, I am DEFINITELY buying it from these folks! More
