Breakdown in communication The job that was done to the car appears to be a decent job, the issue I have is the breakdown in the communication that was done on foothills side. I called two days before left a message and was able to get a call back from the service department and got a breakdown of everything the Toyota care came with and talked to the rep about adding an oil change to my car as well. I was told to leave a note along with the keys when I dropped the car off the night before since my work schedule prevented me from taking the car in at the time of the appointment. I left the note and called just before 3 pm of to make sure there wasn’t any issues since my appointment that had been at 9am as well as see if I could get my keys dropped off with the sales floor and pay for the extra services. I was told by the first chaser that the oil change was not completed but everything else had not been completed After I had put a note in the drop bag as well as on the bag itself as for my keys I needed to call back closer to 530 since that’s when they closed the service department. She informed me I needed to talk to someone in services to see if they had time to get to add the oil change to my car so she transferred me to there phone. The phone just rang until it went to voicemail so I left a message. I called again around 445 again it went to voicemail, I didn’t leave one this time though. Finally called again at 520 and talked to another cashier who informed me the oil change had been completed. I was able to have her drop my keys off with the sales floor and pay for the extra service over the phone. More

Brandon was particularly helpful with my trade in and suggesting a purchaser for another car I was selling. The dealership was efficient and friendly in the followup after the sale regarding the new license plates (thanks, Brandon) and installing additional equipment. More

Overall Good Experience I was greeted in a timely manner, the waiting room is really pleasant, and the scheduled maintenance was completed in a timely manner. My only issue was with the online scheduling process, it kept incorrectly insisting that I was past due on the 40,000 mile maintenance which was completed last spring and it did not allow me to easily schedule the 45,000 maintenance.
