(the service advisor) is knowledgeable, honest and most welcoming. She keeps me informed and explains to me what services were being done and why they had to be done. She never rushes me or make me feel as if I am burden. I wish there were more people like her in this world! As long as she is there I will continue to book my appointments here and recommend it to all my family and friends. More

I baby her as much as I can...but...when the oil gauge stayed tached out at high, I thou I have a favorite car, it's my 2005 350Z Nissan convertible. I baby her as much as I can...but...when the oil gauge stayed tached out at high, I thought that the gauge was out and not that the oil switch was no longer regulating oil. Well many miles down the road, I needed some help. Nissan Fontana, was informative, texting status and costs and when I was on site. They had her back on the road in no time at all. Brought car in for service I was told a fluid leak in the rear of the vehicle - I brought the car to Fontana Nissan were I have also bought my last 6 cars - Herman Rivers was my I was told a fluid leak in the rear of the vehicle - I brought the car to Fontana Nissan were I have also bought my last 6 cars - Herman Rivers was my service adviser.
