I actually drive further than the nearest Nissan dealer for service because I've grown accustomed to the great experience I always have with Fontana Nissan. The cost and time required to service my vehicle is always explained up front, and I am always given the option of hanging around or being shuttled to work/home. The customer convenience center is a clean, pleasant atmosphere and affords one the opportunity to view his or her vehiclewhile it's being serviced. The mechanics are also professional and polite. I also appreciate the fact that they detail your car after being serviced. More
we purchased a 2010 Nissan Versa for my daughter last year that she will be taking to college.in Arizona " Q " & Marlon sold us the Versa, great experience working with them . During the deal we agreed on 2 free oil changes on the " due bill " 'Q" & Marlon knew my daughters Versa will not be back in California for approx 2 years . Marlon told us no problem we may use the 2 free oil changes on any of our vehicles. Ok great . On 3-22-13, we called Marlon and asked him if I can bring in my Nissan Altima for the free oil change, he said NO PROBLEM bring it to service. I arrived at approx 4:10 pm . I drove in to service, a service adviser GUSTAVO NAVA comes out says can I help you, I said I am here for a oil change he said OK he told another gentlemen to take my car to wash and he did .we walk inside to the counter he asked if i had been their before i said yes with my daughters car he took my info .Once i handed him the due bill for the free oil change his demeanor changed, he said you cant get a free oil change using the due bill for the nissan versa i said we purchased the versa for my daughter its in our name my daughter has the versa at college in arizona and it will not be back for a few years and marlon said i can use the oil change on any of my vehicles .gustavo said no it doesnt work like that kept going on & on in front of other customers about how my due bill is for the versa not my altima i told gustavo marlon said we can use the oil change on any of our other vehicles GUSTAVO said no it doesnt work like that i cant give you a free oil change it will not come off the versa records i said we spoke to marlon earlier to day he said bring in my car .Gustavo then said the salesmen don't know what they are talking about or doing ,i told him call marlon i guess he tried marlon didn't answer after listening to gustavo complain about it .i walked to the sales floor spoke to marlon .then marlon came back and told me he took care of it .after an 1 hour 45 min waiting for my car .i approached a gentleman paul hayley i explained how gustavo gave me a hard time and how he embarrassed me in front of other customers he apologized i showed him my due bill showing 2 free oil changes and how i had 1 more free oil change .as upset that i was i ripped the due bill handed it to paul hayley i said gustavo just saved the service dept a free oil change but lost the dealership a customer for life .I told him i will not return or recommend and friends or family to fontana nissan. .as i was speaking with paul hayley gustavo walks up hands me my keys and told me to see the cashier .i assumed my car was ready to go since gustavo handed me my keys after i went to the cashier then went to my car to leave the the ,paper floor mat plastic cover on my seat and tag number on my dash all still in my car .i took the trash went to hand it to paul hayley i said they left this trash in my car .he said we were going to walk you to your car i told him when i was speaking with you gustavo handed me my keys and told me go see the cashier so i assumed my car was ready.i couldn't leave fast enough my invoice was opened at at 16;25 car promised at 17;00 invoice closed and car ready at 18;09 if any upper management would like to speak with me please feel free to call me .thank you . invoice #86250 More

I had the most pleasant experience that I've ever enjoyed at Fontana Nissan. Jerome Porter (Service Advisor) was so personable, helpful & joyous. I brought my car in for an inspection. After the inspection w at Fontana Nissan. Jerome Porter (Service Advisor) was so personable, helpful & joyous. I brought my car in for an inspection. After the inspection was completed, my car had several required repairs. Jerome took me over to my car to show me why I needed each repairs. By Jerome doing the following, this helped me see for myself what was needed. If he didn’t do the following, I would have thought he was just trying to take advance of me because I am a woman who knows nothing about cars. He made me feel at ease and very comfortable. My visit at Fontana Nissan was overall a great experience. Their customer service is awesome. I took my car in for an oil change, it took about one hour but within that hour i was treated very wel experience. Their customer service is awesome. In the end fontana nissan has met the expectations set by the sales employess yet it has been frustrating and timely. I have had two experiences with the service department the first without an appointment a the sales employess yet it has been frustrating and timely. I have had two experiences with the service department the first without an appointment and it was very lengthly just for an oil change so the second time I made an appointment which still did not result in a timely visit, but there again the staff did make efforts to accomadate the lengthly visit which was truely appreciatted.
