Catalytic converter catastrophe Had my car for 3 weeks waiting for nissan to approve work and he failed to respond to voicemails, problem detection not completed for over a week, and Had my car for 3 weeks waiting for nissan to approve work and he failed to respond to voicemails, problem detection not completed for over a week, and when finally done the car was finally returned to me 3 weeks later, it was partially disassembled qith the radiator and air intake not bolted to the car along with various other plastic parts. Also, the transmission was slipping within 25 miles of leaving the service center almost as if it was sabotaged since this was the 4th catalytic converter installation completed by this service cemter on this car. Now it is looking at getting a 4th transmission? It certainly seems like I was taken advantage of and is not the great and helpful service center that I dealt with from 2006 to 2010. The service cemter here is one of the poorest ones I have ever had the experience and displeasure of using. The Redlands Nissan center is much closer to my home but I trusted Fontana. Never again. More

Service I had my oil service done at Fontrana Nissan yesterday and I was very satisfied with the results. They have great customer service there. They have somebody there to assist you the moment you step out of the car, to just opening the doors for you before you leave. Little things count. It made up for the last time. Matt was not there so yeah.. They didn't even give me a car wash and they switched my keys prior to leaving. This rarely happens though. So I always go to Matt Vinzon as my service advisor because i know i he gets the job done right. Hes a busy individual so just expect to wait a little but I guarantee he will take care of you. The manager Frank B. was there to greet you and to make sure everything is going smoothly. Overall great service. 5 stars. And i did not expect for them to vacuum my interior but they did so thanks to the car wash personnel as well! More

The manager is obviously doing a great Job training the employees and Ms. Southern is got her role down with excellence!!!!!!!!!!!She made me want to drive to fontana to take care of my car whenever I need it serviced, and tell everyone I know that needs a car to buy one at that location. I appreciate how she took her time to help me and made sure everything was done according to my request. Very great service. I recommend her for a promotion. More

When arriving, Katelin Southern Service Consultant greeted with professionalism, she took down my concerns regarding our Quest. While waiting for the shuttle. Spoke to Syed Haider about seatbelt extension & he took care of me. Little things like that can make a different between good & excellence service. Also, your shuttle driver insured me the quality of your technician's are knowledgeable of your product. Thank You All For Your Assistants. More

I like the fact that I can watch my car being serviced from a big picture window inside the waiting room which is really cool. One day while I was in the waiting area, Frank Bachman, the general manager came over to me, called me by name, and asked how everything was going. He came back a few minutes later and told me that my car would be ready in a few minutes (and it was). That made me feel special. Today Albert Donkor met me at my car and assisted in getting information about what I needed done to my car. He was very kind and professional. Although I was only there for an oil change he made me aware of other maintenance issues that I should be aware of which was very helpful and appreciated. It was good to see Barry Pugh today who assisted in the purchase of my Nissan Sentra last year. Whenever I'm there he always comes over to me with a great big smile and takes time to chat.
