Not happy. The host was very unpleasant. Very rude. Your online appointment scheduling seems to upset them Greatly. He acted as if I was inconveniencing him. He The host was very unpleasant. He asked me if my car had been their before, how I made my appointment. Why did I pick him? I did not. I scheduled an appointment online. You guys emailed me daily with reminders. Then everybody acts like I am some walk in messing up their day. I asked for an air filter. Stated clearly that I would install myself. They installed anyway and charged me for labor. I received an air filter from parts. I also was not charged for windshield wipers. I figured I had been with the total amount, but when I got home I noticed I had not. So I received an air filter in hand and in car (2). Was charged only for one. Was not charged for wiper blades. You guys really need to get your act together and treat all customers nicely. It is not my fault someone works in service. I am not pleased at all. Lucky for you guys I do not want to go to a Jiffy lube and you are the closest dealer to me. That is the only reason I will be returning. Also my air filter was not even clamped down, it was just there open and un-clamped. If you guys had treated me like a paying customer I would have returned your products or gone back and paid for them. But I the way I felt, I could have cared less. More

Friendly Service I received friendly service. My service adviser was well aware of where I was waiting and made sure my vehicle was ready on time. I went during a bu I received friendly service. I went during a busy time, but was kept comfortable with the amenities Fontana Nissan offers (coffee, wifi, fresh pan dulce, and the awesome popcorn). Thank you David! More

My car was dropped off at 7am and it's 3:54 and haven't gotten it back. They lost my keys and need to program new ones, they still haven't done that!! Never go there for service!!!! I wouldn't even give him a 1 star but had to. More

After having it serviced, I'm glad I didn't buy there especially if the service department is any indication of the dealership's integrity. my wife took my Altima in for an oil change & tire service. They did the oil & filter no problem, but didnt even bother to wash the car. The service manager responded to my email about the was saying they had to take out car washes because of the drought. Not sure how true that was but Ok, I can deal with that but they charged my wife $24.95 more to rotate the tires & check the pressure. they did move the front tires to the back & vice versa. I looked & they didnt put the valve covers back on the back tires. Then I drove & sure enough the pressure was saying 36 psi on the front & 33 psi on the 2 in the back. Just like before I took it in when it was 33 psi on front & 36 psi on the back. Basically they didnt check at all. The Service manager told me they checked & it would be on the paperwork. The paperwork showed 36 psi front & 36 psi back yet nothing changed except the moved the tires. They lied. Simple as that. I dont know if they were trying to take advantage of my wife because she's a woman or they're lying & incompetent. But to me, that's totally unacceptable & totally underhanded. i should've checked some reviews because the ones I see are very bad regarding the service dept. I normally give everyone a chance to make it right but I really dont trust their service dept at all. More
Best Nissan GT-R Service Center Hands Down I took my new 2015 GT-R here for its first 1000 mile service after hearing really good things about Chris. Every expectation I had after coming here I took my new 2015 GT-R here for its first 1000 mile service after hearing really good things about Chris. Every expectation I had after coming here were met and then some! I would highly recommend anyone that owns a GT-R to take theirs here to get the best possible service in the SoCal area. I also want to add that Ric was very helpful as well during the check in process. Keep up the good work and I will definitely be coming back again soon! More
Fontana is worth the drive Fontana Nissan is the only dealership that I will take my GT-R to. Michael (Service Advisor), Chris (GT-R Technician), and Scott Vanderheide (Parts De Fontana Nissan is the only dealership that I will take my GT-R to. Michael (Service Advisor), Chris (GT-R Technician), and Scott Vanderheide (Parts Department) are all a pleasure to deal with. They are all very friendly and helpful. It's hard to find a dealership in Southern California that caters to the GT-R crowd in an expected matter, but I would have to say all 3 of these gentlemen have exceeded my expectations (and the expectations of other Southern California GT-R Owners I have met). The drive there may not be the best, but it is all worth it. More

First I spoke with Nicki, who confirmed that the part I was looking for was in stock, and that even though I had called, I could still get the online discount (website had not been updated to reflect the part, it had just come in that day). She was very friendly, and very helpful. She transferred me to Juan to get my order placed and shipped - not only was he polite, he was incredibly knowledgeable, and was able to tell me the signal output for several different versions of a sensor - unprompted! He answered my fairly random and obscure questions without hesitation or doubt. The shipped item even arrived a day early - at a reasonable shipping price! A great experience with a great team. Definitely ordering my parts from Fontana Nissan in the future! More
Catalytic converter catastrophe Had my car for 3 weeks waiting for nissan to approve work and he failed to respond to voicemails, problem detection not completed for over a week, and Had my car for 3 weeks waiting for nissan to approve work and he failed to respond to voicemails, problem detection not completed for over a week, and when finally done the car was finally returned to me 3 weeks later, it was partially disassembled qith the radiator and air intake not bolted to the car along with various other plastic parts. Also, the transmission was slipping within 25 miles of leaving the service center almost as if it was sabotaged since this was the 4th catalytic converter installation completed by this service cemter on this car. Now it is looking at getting a 4th transmission? It certainly seems like I was taken advantage of and is not the great and helpful service center that I dealt with from 2006 to 2010. The service cemter here is one of the poorest ones I have ever had the experience and displeasure of using. The Redlands Nissan center is much closer to my home but I trusted Fontana. Never again. More
