Tough Situation I brought my Pathfinder in for an oil change and to fix the A/C that had just went out. The online appointment system was great and I got rapid and fr I brought my Pathfinder in for an oil change and to fix the A/C that had just went out. The online appointment system was great and I got rapid and friendly service from the beginning. It turned out to be a pretty complicated (and expensive) job with the service department holding onto my vehicle for about a week. My only complaint was that after the initial exceptional service I received it seemed as if I dropped off their radar and I was forgotten about as for several days they it seemed I had to chase them down to find out my car needed to be kept "one more day". After a couple days of this I was a little angry and expressed my frustration to Anthony and Ric and from that point on their service level rose once again to exceptional. I would have rated them higher overall except for that brief gap of service in the middle. The job was difficult but they got it done and took good care of me in regards to a rental vehicle. The service team was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make what was otherwise a horrible situation tolerable. More

So why do they give you the checks for free hand wash when you buy a car there... when all they do is xxxxxxxx!! I called the manager and he was surprised that they had washed the car like that !! More

Very friendly and accommodating I took my Altima in for it's second free oil change & check tire pressure. I had a specific time limit as I had an appt in Redlands. Take the bad with the good Frank Bachmann is a terrific general manager of this dealership. He has done everything to keep me happy with my cube. Work was supposed to start at 8 a.m. when I called Ric in the service department at 5:30 p.m. he told me my car was ready and I needed to pick it up before 7 p.m. even though he was off work at 6 p.m. he said he would wait for me, he told me my car was being washed. When I arrived he was with another customer. Once he was done he let them know my car needed to be brought out When the car was brought out a check to see that the carpet When the car was brought out a check to see that the carpet was fixed and yes it was, my daughter and I got in the car to leave and she made a comment I thought they were going to wash the car. The car had not even been washed and I was irritated because of him saying it had been. I will go back to this dealership because I am very happy with the sales department but I'm not so happy with the service department More

Last week I took my pathfinder for a service, they left all wirers hanging out under the dashboard, see picture bellow. I also stopped taking my vichele there for oil changes, because after every oil change my driveway and grarge floor would stained and full of motor oil from oil dripping. More
