A couple a days ago i took in my 2020 Nissan Rogue SL to this dealership, because my steering wheel was making a rubbing noise every time i would turn it. The service advisor told me that they couldn't fix, this dealership, because my steering wheel was making a rubbing noise every time i would turn it. The service advisor told me that they couldn't fix, because that noise is normal because it had electric power steering and i told him that it did not have that noise when i bought it 6 months ago. I was very frustrated. To make a long story short i took it to Empire Nissan in Ontario, CA and they fixed the noise right away. I had been doing business with this dealership for many years, but i will stop doing business in the future and all my family and extended family also. More
I recently took my Rogue to get serviced and my service advisor Herman did the best he can to ensure my vehicle got what it needed and explained to me the possible wait time . I felt safe while taking my vehicle to get serviced. Herman was wearing a mask and gloves, which made me feel comfortable in these unsettling times. There was protective plexiglass between Herman and I while I met with him at his desk. I understand the wait time isn't going to be speedy, but my vehicle is always taken care of right at Nissan so it's worth the wait. Like everywhere during this pandemic, you just have to be more understanding that people in general are doing the best they can and wait times are going to be longer anywhere you go. More
