If I asked Juan a question to which he did not know the answer, he said so and sought an answer. His estimate of time to fully complete the repair experience was off by nearly 20 minutes. It may have been because I failed to ask if his estimate also included the time to do the paperwork, pay the bill, and pick up the keys. I made my decision to have the repair done was based upon the 10 minute estimate to do the work. That estimate was accurate. However, it did make me 20 minutes late for an appointment in Redlands. Please have your employees over-estimate the time so that waiting time for paperwork is included. To reiterate my thoughts about your dealership, I want to say that I have been a very, very happy customer for 8 years and have recommended you to many of the people I have come in contact with over those 8 years.
