Quick oil change. Went in for my first oil change on a Monday morning. I didn't make an appointment. They took me in immediately. My experience I took in my son's 2008 Nissan Altima for a recall. Robert Harlow who was my service advisor is a very friendly person which made my visit to Fontana I took in my son's 2008 Nissan Altima for a recall. Robert Harlow who was my service advisor is a very friendly person which made my visit to Fontana Nissan a pleasant experience . Recall was taken care of within few hours also an inspection was done on the car and need of some services to be done were explained and suggested but no pressure. Oil change maintenance with a twist. I went for a routine scheduled maintenance oil change and tire rotation as a walk in, an hour and a half before the service department closed. I was g I went for a routine scheduled maintenance oil change and tire rotation as a walk in, an hour and a half before the service department closed. I was greated by Herman Rivas and he promptly took care of me and told me three cars were ahead of me and told me it would take about two hours. As i was waiting in the lounge area for about an hour, Herman returned with the technician who was servicing my car and explained to me that the technician found the front driver side wheel had a lot of play and a part had to be replaced. Luckily for me the replacement was under warranty however since the service department was closing soon, I had to leave the car overnight and pick it up the next day. I told Herman that i got off work at 2 pm the next day where he told me the car should be ready by then. He then asked if I needed a ride back to my house and in no time at all I was on the last shuttle ride. The next day around 11 I called Herman to get an update on my car. He told me the car was getting serviced and reassured me he would call me as soon as the car was ready to be picked up. 4 hours later around 3 Herman called me and told me the car was ready to be picked up and asked if i needed to be picked up. I had a charity event to attend in Santa Monica, after i picked up my vehicle I headed straight to the charity event. I was 30 minutes late to the event but I was ok with that. I was dependant on Hermans word that my car would be ready by 2. If the car was returned to me any later than when i recieved it, I would have had to cancel the event. The staff was professional and friendly. Give Herman a promotion that guy is going places. More

The dealer I bought the car from always trying to sell me something wired like after market car alarm system. In that case, I have to find an more professional place to maintenance the car. I found Fontana Nissan on GTRLIFE forum. Chris is the GTR-Certified Technician who took care of the service. He did wheel alignment, transmission study, xxx check, clutch study and oil change. It take 3 hours to finish the work plus test drive. Very professional, very patient to my question, totally NO bullsh*t at all! This is the place I would definitely come back and recommend to all my friends. More
