Couldn't have been more helpful I have had numerous positive experiences at Fontana Nissan - from the purchase of my 2011 Altima to the numerous maintenance services since. We drive a great deal, so putting on 30,000 miles in a year is not unusual. Obviously, at that rate, maintenance service intervals come around really frequently. Usually, my go to service location is Fontana Nissan, which was the case yesterday. I went in for an oil change, transmission service, and a tire rotation. My service advisor, Mr. Herman Rivas, greeted me at my car door and wrote up the work order. During the inspection, the mechanic noted a couple of major items. One being the leaking of an oil cooler gasket (which to be honest I knew about but didn't have the funds to repair); and the other, which was the big surprise, was a cracked exhaust manifold. Now, I'm no motor head, but I knew that a cracked manifold was going to be some big bucks. Mr. Rivas went over the costs and we discussed the problem at length. Mr. Rivas was polite, understanding, and professional during all these conversations. At that point, Mr. Rivas called corporate on the warranty for the emissions systems and discovered that the car still fell under the mileage limitations for the warranty repair. Naturally, we moved forward on the repair. When I picked up the car several hours later, Mr. Rivas also let me know that a couple of the emission sensors were not functioning and that work was also covered under the emission warranty and was completed. Needless to say, I greatly appreciate the effort Mr. Rivas took to take care of my vehicle issues. While I'm sure Mr. Rivas just considers it another normal day, I couldn't be happier with the outcome and wanted to recognize the professionalism and dedication to customer service that Mr. Rivas exemplifies. Fontana Nissan has always treated me well. Yesterday, they went above and beyond. More

First Class Service Guy performed 12,000 mile performance optimization service for my GTR. While I waited, I was able to catch up on some work in the customer lounge. Excellent, Fast, Thorough Service I always take my Nissan vehicle to Fontana Nissan for service or repairs even though there are Nissan dealers closer to where I live. I do this becaus I always take my Nissan vehicle to Fontana Nissan for service or repairs even though there are Nissan dealers closer to where I live. I do this because I know I can always count on them to get my vehicle up on the rack quickly, perform a thorough analysis and explain my pricing and options without any upselling. Dave Pisani is usually standing there waiting for me as I pull up, has my file history nearby and completes the initial paperwork in a few minutes. The cordiality of the entire service staff during the wait is also exemplary. My 2010 Sentra has 170,000 miles and still runs like a dream. I think a large part of that is due to the care it has received from the folks at Fontana Nissan. More

Car maintenance/repair I've been going to this dealership for quite sometime now(the main reason is due to the fact that my car was purchased here). I've had decent experien I've been going to this dealership for quite sometime now(the main reason is due to the fact that my car was purchased here). I've had decent experiences in the past but my last 2 visits were the worst. In the month of October I had a major 60k mile maintenance done on the vehicle(which seemed odd because it took them the exact amount of time a normal oil change takes). There were many red flags. Not even two months later my car was giving me major trouble. I really don't recommend this service center to anyone. Do not trust them with your vehicle, especially if it's your only one. Technically my car is still under warranty and yet somehow I had to pay $130 to have it inspected. I'm not comfortable with the staff and with the work they claim to do on my vehicle. As far as the repair on my car went, I was told that ,"the mechanic couldn't repeat the issue." So they didn't fix anything and yet had my car for a day and a half. I had to contact them as oppose to them contacting me. The list really just goes on about the bad visit. I'm really disappointed in this dealership. I held a very high respect for them and it felt like I could trust them with my vehicle. I'm disappointed to say that my car has started to repeat the issue(which is something a stay at home mother whom is 9months pregnant) shouldn't have to worry about. I'm flabbergasted that a company like this could get away with all the money they charge and not reciprocating the service nor customer service. I will be looking into contacting higher supervisors regarding my disappointing visit(s). More
