Great Customer Service I bought my 2010 Altima used in Feb of 2012 from Fontana Nissan and have gone there ever since to have it serviced. I have only good things to say about Fontana Nissan. I have never had a bad experience there. Every service rep and manager I have ever dealt with has always been very knowledgeable, courteous, honest, and professional. I am in and out in a timely manner and they have always gone above and beyond to provide me with great service. More

Too busy for paying customers! We typically get good customer service but this time we did not. David explained that they were too busy to call us to tell us our brake light was ou We typically get good customer service but this time we did not. David explained that they were too busy to call us to tell us our brake light was out, the air filter was dirty and the emergency brake needed adjusted, even though it was written on the inspection. Now we will have to bring the car back again to have them fix these minor things. Not my idea of good customer service. More

excellent customer service. I went in for an oil change. The amazing gentleman by the name of Ric assisted me. He also brought to my attention that my window had a few cracks.
