Long wait with an appt I had an appt. scheduled for 12:00pm and arrived @ approx. 11:40am. I did not received my car until 2 hours later! Fontana has windows were you can watch them service your vehicle and you would think that would encourage the workers to be mindful and not spend a lot of time chit chatting and wasting time, doesn't appear to have any affect on them! exceptional service I came in because I had a nail in my tire and another shop told me it would be a 3 hour wait just to fix my tire. I wasn't even expecting a car wash, I just wanted my tire to be repaired. I will continue to do business with this service department because you can tell they really value your time. More

Hustled from Hello Service engine light came on. Figured need a oil change too so might as well bring it in and get both checked out. Had a coupon for a free diagnostic Service engine light came on. Figured need a oil change too so might as well bring it in and get both checked out. Had a coupon for a free diagnostic check. So figured since I saving money on that I can also rotate the tires. Once the code was found and the service rep told me the issue figured ok let's get it fixed should be a couple hundred. But then he started upselling me like his life depended on it. Windshield repair, for a scratch, new spark plugs before he even looked under the hood, then to top it all off he charged me $130 for the free diagnostic I had a coupon for. Then I get a text with a laundry list of things they want to fix on my car which has been running perfectly. Total amount went up $900+. I decided to decline the service because I have plenty of mechanics that can work on my car. I just choose to bring to a Nissan Service center because it is close to my house and I thought they would give me a better price. I was sadly mistaken. I ended up paying $187 dollars for a oil change and tire rotation. Oh that also included the $130 for the Diagnostic that I had a Free coupon for. I have had two Nissans back to back Brand New only me as the owner. This experience has really made me want to go to another Brand. Great cars but this service visit really let me down. I will not say the employee who helped me because I don't know if this was how they personally try to improve their numbers or if this is how Nissan as a company trains their service reps to improve sales. If you really want to know who helped me let them read this and fess up. They will rather get rewarded for doing a great job at upwelling. Or should be warned that they should help a customer not price gouge them at every opportunity. Also don't think I am concerned about over paying. I gladly over spend money on stupid stuff. But don't make me feel like I am getting ripped off. If he would not have charged me the $130 for the free diagnostic I would have happily spent the $900+ to keep my little car running smooth. But because he made me feel like he was hustling me. I gladly took my car to my mechanic several city's away and got everything fixed for $700. Once again I would have gladly paid the $900+ for the convenience of getting it fixed at your location. But not for the feeling of getting Hustled. THE STAFF THERE ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, AND THE I HAVE 3 VEHICLES THAT I GET SERVICED AT FONTANA NISSAN. TWO OF THEM WERE PURCHASED THERE. THE STAFF THERE ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY DO REPAIRS/WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. My only complaint was that the service departments are also subpar to other brands that I'm used to. All that changed when I went to Fontana. The team is exceptional, and I'd love to give a shoutout to Chris Heimburg. If it weren't for this service team, I would likely be driving another brand by now. Thanks again. More
