Long wait with an appt I had an appt. scheduled for 12:00pm and arrived @ approx. 11:40am. I did not received my car until 2 hours later! exceptional service I came in because I had a nail in my tire and another shop told me it would be a 3 hour wait just to fix my tire. I made my way to Fontana Nissan and I came in because I had a nail in my tire and another shop told me it would be a 3 hour wait just to fix my tire. I made my way to Fontana Nissan and was promptly greeted by Anthony. It must have been no more than an hour after he told me my car was getting washed. I wasn't even expecting a car wash, I just wanted my tire to be repaired. I will continue to do business with this service department because you can tell they really value your time. More
