Awesome experience!! Based on my first experience with Fontana Nissan, and after reading numerous positive reviews from the SoCal GTR community, I decided to make the trip Based on my first experience with Fontana Nissan, and after reading numerous positive reviews from the SoCal GTR community, I decided to make the trip up from San Diego to get my GTR's transmission and differential fluids changed. I could've easily went with some place more local to me, but glad I made the choice to come to Fontana Nissan. First, thank you to Scott Vanderheide for the quick response to my initial inquiry about getting my fluids changed out. He provided a detailed breakdown of what needed to be done along with a very fair quote for how much it would cost to get the service performed. Secondly, to Herman Rivas for setting up my appointment, checking me in, and getting me and my girlfriend squared away in a very timely manner. Herman also provided me with updates as my car was getting worked on. A HUGE THANKS to Chris Heimburg for performing the work on my car and doing an exceptional job with it. As he was close to finishing up, Chris met with me in the waiting area and consulted me on the services that he performed. He also provided his recommendations for ongoing use. All the positive feedback that others have mentioned about Chris truly showed in his work and his willingness to consult me about what he did with my car. Thank you!! And last, but certainly not least, to the staff that washed my car. You guys did a truly exceptional job!! I've had dealers wash my previous cars and it wasn't that great, to say the least. But you guys did a great job with it, and I am no longer embarrassed to drive my car around town. Scott, Herman, and Chris were all great. Fontana Nissan is now my go-to for my GTR's service needs. Ric is the best!! Ric helped me out so much in my time of need! My car stalled on the freeway and all the other service centers in the area were closed. Ric said there were no mechanics in, but I still had another 250 miles to travel that day. Luckily I got set up with a nice, cheap rental, and was on my way in no time. Ric was very upfront about pricing, and what I was getting into, which as a new driver, I really appreciated. The next day I got texts keeping me updated, which was really great too! :) I got my car back and it's running like a gem. Very grateful for the service and awesome customer service. More

WOW... what a great experience. Been looking for a dealership i can trust to service my GT-R and i have heard good things about Fontana nissan.Called and i talked with Sean VanDusen Been looking for a dealership i can trust to service my GT-R and i have heard good things about Fontana nissan.Called and i talked with Sean VanDusen over the phone , right a way i could tell he knew what he was talking about so i scheduled an appointment.I forgot to mention that Fontana nissan is 140 miles round trip compared to 10 miles at the other dealership,so i am very glad i made the drive!!!. Sean and i sat down and discussed what i wanted done to the car, again Sean was very helpful. He then introduced me to the tech who was going to work on my Guy Franzen. Guy then said it was ok if i wanted to watch him do the work on the GT-R. This is the first time anyone has let me watch them work on my car. Now i know for sure the work was done right!!!. Guy was really great for putting up with all my questions and what a great tech.!!! Overall it was a great experience and i will be bringing my GT-R back to the great guys at Fontana Nissan. More

They love to take their time I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change at 7:40 AM. I went for an oil change but they tell me there is a recall on the passenger air bag so I I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change at 7:40 AM. I went for an oil change but they tell me there is a recall on the passenger air bag so I allow them to do so thinking it still wouldn't take long for me to get my car back but little did I know I would get my car back at around 1pm. The worst part is they let my car battery die then try to make it seem like my battery was old which was the reason why my car did not start. Horrible customer care, they didn't even care! More
They just want your money. I went in to get my oil changed and my tires checked on they told me both tires had a element only one tire was touchable the other tire would need to I went in to get my oil changed and my tires checked on they told me both tires had a element only one tire was touchable the other tire would need to be changed out they wanted to charge me $140. I told him just patch the tire and I'll take my business somewhere else they charge me $30 for a patch I took my business to Costco where the guys there told me my tire was fixable and they only charged me $12 for a patch. I was very unhappy with my service there especially since this is a new car. The whole time that that guy kept on telling me about other stuff that needed to be fixed I felt like he was just after money. More
