Lack of Service I received an email on 01/24/16 from Fontana Nissan for promotion oil change and complimentary car wash for our 1 yr anniversary, I thought it was ve I received an email on 01/24/16 from Fontana Nissan for promotion oil change and complimentary car wash for our 1 yr anniversary, I thought it was very nice of them and decided to accept the promotional offer. My husband dropped off my car early morning and at first they didn't want to honor the promotional because the person who send the email appears to made an error in sending the promo offer that expired in September 2015, after having a discussion they finally decided to do it at no charge, as we were moving forward the service advisor stated the car had a recall for the hood latch and they have it in stock it was going to take an another hour. As my husband waited for about 2 hours, at the time of check out, they asked him what time he would like to bring the car back for the hood latch replacement since they didn't have it in stock. He was very disappointed, he explained what he was been told, once they checked again the system and shows item was available. They asked if he can wait another hour or so and unfortunately he couldn't wait another hour since we had an important event to attend. Overall rating was very unsatisfactory; waited for about 2 hrs, hood latched wasn't installed, & complimentary car wash wasn't done. Don't think I will be coming back for service after the latch is replaced. More
Usually good service I have never had a problem here and this last time I went I was very disappointed with my service I had corrected my service advisor about my name and I have never had a problem here and this last time I went I was very disappointed with my service I had corrected my service advisor about my name and he continued to call me by the wrong name usually I use a coupon and he made me go out of my way to email it while I had my daughter there with me which is a little difficult considering I have to watch her and proceed to email a coupon which I have never had to do in the past they have always honored my coupons with no extra work on my end and then last but not least I didn't appreciate him not going over my inspection I have had proffesional advisors who took their time to tell me what's going on with the vehicle I purchased from their auto center and this time he just was trying to get me out fast and not tell me anything I had to go out of my way to ask and I'm happy I did because my breaks were pretty much out I don't know if he didn't tell me because he wants me to come back and have to pay for rotors too but now that this happened I don't know if I want to come back like I said this is the first bad experience I had but if not going there helps me avoid this man again so be it More

Happy customer Sean was super helpful. I came to do the tire rotation service for my 2013 Leaf. He saw the battery capacity level and I didn't know it was low. He's Sean was super helpful. I came to do the tire rotation service for my 2013 Leaf. He saw the battery capacity level and I didn't know it was low. He's proactive by offering me to start the paperwork to request new battery. He took care of it! I just got the new battery last week and driving my Leaf is just a breeze now. I don't have to worry about the driving range. More

Scott Vanderheide at the Race Shop is a great gentleman to work with and always ask for him when we visit for service. He knows our needs well and takes great care of us. Chris their shop foremen and GTR expert is a great guy and does prompt and accurate work on GTR's. You can trust the entire staff here to take care of you and provide honest work on your vehicle.
