Convenient & Good Customer Service The service center is conveniently located close to my job which allowed me to have service completed on a work day and Fontana Nissan provided me wit The service center is conveniently located close to my job which allowed me to have service completed on a work day and Fontana Nissan provided me with a ride back to work in their courtesy shuttle. The work performed on my car so far appears to have fixed the problem I was experiencing. There was an additional part that needed to be replaced for an unrelated issue which was special ordered the previous time I visited but when I was called to let me know my car was ready I was advised my part was accidentally used on another customer's vehicle and they would need to order it again. This was not a major problem so I will have this part installed on my next visit. More

Not halpy I took my car in for a windshield repair. I had purchased the car with it and was told it was going to be fixed. I was told if we can't fix it we woul I took my car in for a windshield repair. I had purchased the car with it and was told it was going to be fixed. I was told if we can't fix it we would replace it. It looks worse. Looks like they put hot glue on it. My car there for 3 days and there's no difference. I feel like I was lied to and don't like that. More

Lack of Service I received an email on 01/24/16 from Fontana Nissan for promotion oil change and complimentary car wash for our 1 yr anniversary, I thought it was ve I received an email on 01/24/16 from Fontana Nissan for promotion oil change and complimentary car wash for our 1 yr anniversary, I thought it was very nice of them and decided to accept the promotional offer. My husband dropped off my car early morning and at first they didn't want to honor the promotional because the person who send the email appears to made an error in sending the promo offer that expired in September 2015, after having a discussion they finally decided to do it at no charge, as we were moving forward the service advisor stated the car had a recall for the hood latch and they have it in stock it was going to take an another hour. As my husband waited for about 2 hours, at the time of check out, they asked him what time he would like to bring the car back for the hood latch replacement since they didn't have it in stock. He was very disappointed, he explained what he was been told, once they checked again the system and shows item was available. They asked if he can wait another hour or so and unfortunately he couldn't wait another hour since we had an important event to attend. Overall rating was very unsatisfactory; waited for about 2 hrs, hood latched wasn't installed, & complimentary car wash wasn't done. Don't think I will be coming back for service after the latch is replaced. More
