HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT Just like I thought. If they would cheat me on the keys, there is nothing that they wouldn't cheat me on. On 7/5/2016, I was told the part was in. Just like I thought. If they would cheat me on the keys, there is nothing that they wouldn't cheat me on. On 7/5/2016, I was told the part was in. On 7/12/2016, I was told the part wasn't in on 7/5/2016. On 7/12/2016, I was told the part came in a couple of days ago. On 7/12/2106, I was told that when they found out the part wasn't in, then they ordered it. On 7/12/2016, Now, the part that is in has a black mark on it. On 7/12/2016, I was told later on that day that the part had a black dot and a scratch. I don't believe a word these people have to say. How many different versions on this little part can you have? If you have many different stories, it means you are a liar. All this nonsense on this little part. It's beyond ridiculous. This place is completely dysfunctional and totally unprofessional. AVOID ! ! ! ! More
Poor Service Quality After a radiator replacement on a regularly maintained 2007 Nissan Altima, the mechanics left the AC system's freon depleted causing a major issue d After a radiator replacement on a regularly maintained 2007 Nissan Altima, the mechanics left the AC system's freon depleted causing a major issue during 100 degree weather. **Note** that the A/C worked before the car was dropped off, the day it was picked up, and ultimately failed the next morning. The day after calling into the Service Dept. to report the problem, the Service Rep. said that the maintenance was NOT related and there would be a charge of $180 to inspect and fix. Standard procedure during a Radiator replacement is to vacuum the existing freon from the line and store it. Upon completion of the maintenance the freon is to be recharged or the customer is to be informed that the level was low and it would need to be recharged. What happened to customer service? What happened to quality of service? With this level of negligence, I begin to question the integrity of the radiator maintenance and quality of all maintenance completed at this dealership. I strongly recommend customers to consider there options before engaging with this dealership. More
