My daughter Tori had a problem with her battery on her 2014 I've written my review previously. Did you lose it, like you lost my future business? My daughter Tori had a problem with her battery on her 2014 sentra we purchased there 3-4 months prior. She was told the machine that tests the battery was charging up? Really? Her wait was 2-3 hours. She was told that because we purchased the car with over 30K miles she was outta luck? She was never given an alternative, just told if your car had less than 30K she could have possibly gotten a replacement battery. So with no guidance she went to Auto Zone and purchased a battery and Auto Zone removed the old battery and installed the new battery. Just for the price of a battery. Now your reponse to my previous review was a call from a representative of Fontana Nissan who offered to talk to the manager (who was not there) and see if the Manager could discount a battery for me. Now how rediculous is that. My daughter is a Mt Sac college student and has class every weekday. She didn't have any time to waste. at the original service for her battery wouldn't it have been nice if the service rep would have reassured my daughter that they could have replaced her battery and guaranteed her that she would have not pay more than what she would pay at say....Auto Zone???? No compassion No confidence No good attitude is a recipe for No Future Business from this family and everyone we can influence who is in the market for a Nissan or any car to avoid Fontana Nissan. Didn't get what I paid for I drive all the time my car gets a oil change every 5000 miles I paid for synthetic oil and yesterday when I took my car to my regular mechanic he sai I drive all the time my car gets a oil change every 5000 miles I paid for synthetic oil and yesterday when I took my car to my regular mechanic he said conventional oil was put in even tho I was charged for synthetic the one place where people can feel safe is where they rip u off..bad service I want my money back More

Not the best first impression I made an appt. to have my first oil change. When I dropped my car off at 9 am I was told that there was a recall on my car. So I authorized them to I made an appt. to have my first oil change. When I dropped my car off at 9 am I was told that there was a recall on my car. So I authorized them to fix that as well as change my oil. I also showed them some foam on my dashboard that needed to be repaired as well. I told them that I would be back around 5 pm to pick it up. I got a call a little before 5 pm asking if I could leave my car overnight because they weren't able to make the repairs. I felt that 8 hours should have been sufficient to make all of the necessary repairs and if it wasn't then I should have been told before I left the car. Not the best first impression! More

Waited too long I am a new customer since March 2016 and had two bad experiences. The first was in obtaining a loaner/renter car which I overlooked as a miscommunica I am a new customer since March 2016 and had two bad experiences. The first was in obtaining a loaner/renter car which I overlooked as a miscommunication. In August 2016, I went to have two recall notices corrected: one an smog problem, the other had to do with the airbag. I had a 9:00 am appointment but due to traffic, I called Sean and reported I would be late, he said it would be alright to come in but now I would have to wait. Upon my arrival and after checking in, I was quoted one to one-and-a-half hours. I waited more than 5 hours in Fontana Nissan's guest waiting room eating popcorn and drinking coffee. After assessing the going-ons of the day, I concluded that someone must have dropped the ball I was forgotten in the waiting room. More
