We looked at several cars at various dealerships where our experience was similar to that of a meeting a con artist on the streets of New York who knew we had a pocket full of money. We would meet one salesman, then we were handed off to one person after another. We felt like an some sort of desirable object. Even if I wanted to talk to the first person I met, someone would dart over like a bad spy and listen to our conversation. It was as if the person "higher in the food chain" was going to earn the commission and was they making sure the person we wanted to deal would not. From the first hand shake with Syed Haider at Fontana Nissan it was the most pleasant experience. My family felt as if he listened to us, finding out exactly what our needs were, then worked hard to met them. No matter how many times we changed our minds on a model, or requested finiacial details on each of them, he was patient and gentle spirted. He was a perfect "HOST"! We felt we were treated with the upmost kindness and respect. Up to this point the Nissan dealership in Temecula had impressed me with their professionalism. When I bought my first Sentra in 1990, they treated me as if I had bought the most expensive car on the lot. Every single encounter had the same result. It was unbelievabe. The bar had been set high because of their amazing ability to value thier customers. Not until I met Syed Haider did I believe that this experince could be matched, much less beat. With that said, we are here to tell you that dispite these challenging times in the Automotive Business, Syed Haider has raised the bar. He brought his incredible ability to listen, really hear and then actually provide what was requested to our experience! Because of his contrubution, we experienced minimual amount stress and much more fun. We knew that we could trust him, and the dealership. We were not dissapointed. Any questions we had were quickly addressed by Syed. Whatever concerns we had were resolved to the highest level of satification. The General Sales Manager, Dave Bhojwani was very kind, and available for any questions or concerns we had, even after the sale had been completed! The Finance Department was quick and effective. The interesting gentleman there explained everything in detail. Because of this I have already reccomended your dealership and Syed to many of my family and friends. And will continue to do so. You can be sure that we will be back in the future to purchase our Nissans. Syed went over and above what was expected. As I left in my beautiful Rouge, he pointed out all of the features like a concerned family member. It was great, and I will always appreciate his kindness. Thank you Syed! More

I just purchased a new vehicle today from Fontana Nissan. I have owned many cars in my life, new and used and must say that experience with dealership has not been what I would call 'wonderful'. Fontana Nissan definitely changed my view toward the positive direction. Honestly, I cannot say that my decision was 100% rational. That is not to say that my choice was bad. It was a very fair deal for the purchase I made. I was sold mainly from the sincere attitude of the sales rep. I didn't feel pressure at all in a 99 degree day. Had a pleasant conversation with Phil Jimenez and set up an appointment to see cars the next day. I arrived 2 hours early and saw Garrett Platt instead. What a great guy! After I purchased the vehicle, he explained what all the buttons were and how to set up the navigation, etc. I never felt pressured and he stayed with me the whole time we waited for finance. Tamer Gerges was really understanding and despite hot temperatures, spent some quality time going through the setup for the bluetooth cell phone compatibility, settings etc... We had a STELLAR experience at Fontana Nissan! We walked in with no real expectation of being able to afford what we wanted, much less driving out in an AMAZINGLY beautiful Nissan Altima. Garrett and Al li in with no real expectation of being able to afford what we wanted, much less driving out in an AMAZINGLY beautiful Nissan Altima. Garrett and Al listened carefully to what we felt we could afford financially and never once pushed us to exceed what we were comfortably afford. After some time in the lot, my family came to the conclusion that there was really nothing we could afford; Garrett, however, refused to give up and found us EXACTLY what we had been looking for (with a few extras we were NOT expecting!). Al then stepped in and proceeded to work some MAJOR magic and found us the deal of a lifetime. The level of Customer Service we experienced with these two amazing individuals has made believers out of us and lifetime members of the Fontana Nissan family. Well done, Garrett and Al! More
