Freddy showed us several cars and really listened to what we were looking for he did not waste our time showing us a car that didn't fit into what we wanted. Both Freddy and Rick were EXTREMELY patient with us while we were on the phone getting advice during the negotiations. Rick worked very hard to get us a monthly payment that we were comfortable with as well as a fantastic interest rate considering we were first time buyers. Freddy went the extra mile and found the car we wanted in the exact color we wanted. We are extremely happy with our 2012 altima and will be return customers. More
I worked with Scott Vanderheide, the Motorsports Director at Fontana Nissan. He ran a Seibon Carbon Fiber Group Buy on our Nissan SR20 Forum. For those of you unfamiliar with the term, in a Group Buy every at Fontana Nissan. He ran a Seibon Carbon Fiber Group Buy on our Nissan SR20 Forum. For those of you unfamiliar with the term, in a Group Buy everyone puts in their money in advance, and then as a group, they can collectively afford to get a "custom" part manufactured for an old vehicle platform (B13 Nissan Sentra SE-R 91-94). In this case we had to get enough guys (literally nation-wide) that wanted a CF hood or trunk for their cherished rides so that we could all "split" the cost of the R&D (making a mold of a perfect Sentra hood and trunk) on the part produced. Parts which would be nearly impossible for your average enthusiast to afford otherwise. If you are not familiar with a Nissan Sentra SE-R circa 1991-94, it won a spot on Car & Drivers Top 10 List every single year it was produced. It has a hard-core cult following of car nuts. Like me. Scott put in some serious hard work and effort to make this Group Buy happen for the Nissan enthusiast community. He did all the legwork, paperwork, and communication in a thoroughly professional manner from start to finish. No easy feat, by any means. Based on my dealings with Scott, I would venture a guess that the rest of the dealership follows suit with his business practices. If I was in California, I would not hesitate for an instant to shop for a new or used vehicle at Fontana Nissan. More

Normally, you walk onto a lot and your rushed with a team of sales people who slam you with question after question and make the car buying process uncomfortable. At Nissan of Fontana, they surpassed our expectations from beginning to end. Celeste Jimenez is an awesome car sales woman, exactly what you would want from your sales person; very willing to help and puts her customers 1st. She stayed with us through the end of the process, even after she was supposed to be off. Bilingual and my family really appreciated that. Gotta say that she, Steve K and Rick K really went above and beyond. The whole team was great, they gave us the deal we couldn't walk away from. Would def recommend to anyone in the market for a car! Pedro was a very friendly salesman who made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I did experience an unfortunate situation with my trade-in vehicle because I was scammed when I originally purchased it from welcome and comfortable.
