We have walked on to car lots and people look at us like " Oh these people are not going to buy a car" so as soon as they can they leave us. Aleksa stayed with us and she had so much patience with us, showing us different cars and to my husbands surprise she was VERY knowledgeable about alot of the cars. Believe me I know that he tried to ask hard questions but she always came up with the answer and THAT put a smile on my face. He always says " You women think you know it all but you dont" Aleksa did! When we finally went into the showroom I wasnt feeling stressed.What Aleksa didnt know that we are victims of Identity Thief and lost two houses, our savings, our grandkids college funds and just our piece of mind that if anything happened to us our 4 girls and grandkids would be taken care of. Starting all over again and NEVER in our minds did we think that we would qualify for a loan. We never felt so good and everyone made us feel like we were friends of many years. We really enjoyed our time at Fontana Nissian. Frank, Leon, Aleksa and Ed doesnt even know that we went in with our heads low and came out with out heads very HIGH. They treated us with respect and made us feel like we have new friends.Thank you so much Aleksa I wish you would teach a class on how to be the best salesperson,we thought you had been doing it for years. This Labor day weekend, I went to Fontana Nissan to buy my first car. At seventeen, I had no idea what the process of buying a car was but the crew at Fontana made it so easy! My initial contact over the phone was with Lisa; On-line manager. After being declined elsewhere due to my credit score, she made me feel that there was hope. My experience with Bob Mikha was excellent from manager. After being declined elsewhere due to my credit score, she made me feel that there was hope. My experience with Bob Mikha was excellent from the moment I walked in the door. He understood my situation & why I was interested in trading in my previous car. He was very understanding as so why my credit score declined within the past 15 months. I knew the type of car I wanted & I new the auto was in stock. That part was not an issue. I got the same price as it was advertised on-line. The hardest part for me was the trade in value on my previous auto due to being upside down in value but Bod helped me thru the entire process. Bob was very understanding and since I am in the financial field,it made the entire process much easier. Hamid Kerrou also contributed in getting my loan approved. I am 70 years (young). In my lengthly experience I have always hated to enter a dealership looking for a vehicle. Primarily because you feel like your raw meat ready for picking. I have always had to prepare by psyching myself up beforehand. When my wife and I first entered the showroom we thought they were giving away money or having a party. The place was bustling with activity and everyone seemed to be having a good time. We were pleasantly greeted and felt comfortable right away, sort of like family. The buying experience was 98% smooth and we never felt any pressure to buy. The price we wound up paying was significantly less than what we were quoted at other dealers. We got just the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. We would recommend and will recommend this dealership to any of our family, friends or neighbors. Thank you, Fontana Nissan for a new experience. I only have one regret and that is because of the late hour of day they did not have time to properly clean the exterior paint. More
I hate car shopping. This dealer is the eighth farthest away from my home, but they had a car adverised that was a good deal. After two stops at other Nissan dealers we called to see if the advertised car away from my home, but they had a car adverised that was a good deal. After two stops at other Nissan dealers we called to see if the advertised car was still hear. Lisa answered and confirmed it was still here. She didn't ask our names or any other pressure stuff. Whe we arrived we met Freddy. He was great. No sales lingo or insulting pitches. He took us right to the car we asked about. Lisa showed up and made sure we were being taken care of. Freddy knew every detail of the car, showed us everything we asked about, and was very refreshing with no sales pitch or pressure. Everything was so easy, and Freddy would appear now and then during the finance meeting, taking care of small details. The price was good on the car, but the staff made it pleasurable. Both Freddy and Lisa appeared extremely proud of their dealership, a 180 from some sales staff that seem to be out for themselves. In my opinion, the way this particular staff treats people, i would have bought my car there even if the price was a little higher. (although the low price is what brought me there in the first place). I will broadcast my opinion of Fontana Nissan to my friends and family. Thank you More

My parents get there car serviced here, and they love the staff. Thats why this was the first place we looked for a car. They had a great car but it was just out of our budget. After 3 whole days of going dealer to dealer we realized that any other car that came even close to our budget, wasn't even close in quality. So we rushed back to the dealership to find frank, (who was helping another customer set up the blutooth on there car)and purchased an great car with a great complimentary warrenty.
