My previous two cars have been an Audi and an Acura, both have given decent customer service, but I was very impressed with Danny and the team at Fontana Nissan. 've been communicating with Danny for about a month about a Leaf, and he was always very prompt at responding and would even call to follow up. The other dealers I emailed didn't even bother responding. When i picked up the Leaf, everything was smooth. They gave me a great deal and I was in and out in a couple of hours. Even the little things mattered to them. Example, I was trying to find a trashcan to throw away some trash from my pocket, and the girl at the front wouldn't even tell me where the trashcan was, she insisted on throwing it away for me. This happened twice with two different employees there! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Nissan. Thank you Danny! More

Hamid greeted us at the Dealership with a welcoming smile and a positive attitude. He did not make it difficult for us to test out different vehicles. Syed on the other hand is a great guy but a very tough cookie when it comes to the terms of the deal. Make sure you've done your homework ahead of time or else you might just agree to the terms that Syed makes for you. If you know your price range and information, then Syed will eventually get approval for your offer as long as it is reasonable. Overall...very happy with the purchase and very happy with the people we dealt with at Fontana Nissan. There is also a very cute girl that works here. Lots of reasons to come visit Fontana Nissan! We had a whole team working with us to get us in the better of the two cars we were looking at. Leon drove a hard bargain; but he listened to me, gave me a fair & good deal, made a lot of concessions, and threw in a few freebies. Caitlyn was patient, helpful, and very personable as well. The financial process was a breeze. We spent less time at Fontana Nissan than we did at a previous dealership and we actually walked away with a fantastic car! Everyone was wholly excited for us and even took our picture for them to keep. They were a great group of people and gave us some great tips/information on the car as well. Went on line and got the internet price from Alex. He E Mailed me back right away with thier price. Set up a time to come in. The price of the car was great and had what I wanted on it. Only wanted to put my truck as a trade in and that was no problem once we agreed on what they would give me for it. Really easy to do it on line and you don't sit and go back and fourth on prices that way. Alex and Ruby were both VERY NICE. Ruby made sure we had anything we needed while we waited. Went on Halloween and they were all dressed up. Second time I have bought a car using the internet and find it to be the fastest way. Dealership is Very Nice and all the Employees all had smiles and treated us GREAT !!! I came home with the car today at the price I wanted. More

The salesperson, Hamid Kerrov, was very professional, kind (even when I was not) and patient (again even when I was not). I'd recommend anyone going to him. I never got that "sleezy car salesman" feeling kind (even when I was not) and patient (again even when I was not). I'd recommend anyone going to him. Bill Colt is by far one of the best salesman EVER! I bought my first 2012 Nissan Sentra last night on 10/27 and walked onto the lot kind of grumpy having just left the Romero Mazda dealership that was N bought my first 2012 Nissan Sentra last night on 10/27 and walked onto the lot kind of grumpy having just left the Romero Mazda dealership that was NOT helpful at ALL and made my experience shopping for my first car depressing. Pablo greeted my boyfriend and I immediately and was so nice! It was freezing outside and he literally ran to get the key to one of the cars I had been looking at so that I could sit inside to stay out of the wind. On the way back he caught Bill who was bringing, what I didn't know at the time would be my very first car, over to park right next to us. He was knowledgeable, honest, and very personable which was the complete opposite of the salesman I had at the other dealership. He hardly spoke to me, responded with "I'm not sure I'll have to check" to almost every question I asked and wasn't even making eye contact with me. Bill was truly helpful and brought back my excitement. I was NOT expecting to leave with a car but Syed and Bill made me a deal I had to take! Bill even let me hug him I was so happy!
