He does everything he can in a prompt manner and is always excusing himself or other members of his sales team for any time I was kept waiting. Ask for Pablo if you want a nice, mellow, and courteous salesman. He is not the typical car salesman (you know how they are) and you will find him a pleasure to deal with, I will definitely refer family or friends to Pablo @ Fontana if they are in the market for a new Nissan. I was at Fontana Nissan for a vehicle diagnostic as I had a VDC/Slip light on. I was greeted with a smile by Dominic. I was at the dealer close to the time they were going to close. Dominic was very nice and asked my what time and day I would like to return. I agreed to return the next morning. Once the vehicle was looked at and the problem was detected Dominic called me and explained what the problem was, how it would be fixed and the cost. I was also interested in having my vehicle serviced. Dominic offered me a deal I could not refuse. My vehicle was fixed, serviced and washed by the time I picked it up. Dominic also informed me there was a noise coming from the timing belt and it was still under warrenty. Dominic advised I take care of it before the warrenty expires (who does that?). I was back the following Monday and once again received EXCELLENT service. Everyone I came across at Fontana Nissan was very polite, professional and courtious. I will definatly be back in the future. More

She always provided me with the honest and accurate response to all my questions whether by email,phone or in person. I contacted several dealerships in search for the Leaf. Lisa was the only one who responded with an actual quote. All the other dealerships wanted to see you in person before they give you a quote. We were even negotiating the price of the car via email. Finally I go to the dealership to test drive the car. I test drove the Leaf and totally loved it! I was unsure if I was buying or leasing. Lisa provided me with all the numbers I needed to make my decision. The price I got was very fair. Due to my busy schedule, I could not come to the dealership to sign the contract and pick-up the car. Lisa said she would deliver the car at my home whenver I am available. How great is that! Fontana Nissan rocks! Lisa you rock even more! and the car, it is amazing! I have not visited a gas station since I got the car. More

There was actually a slight snafu upon the arrival of our car. But Danny worked to remedy the issue to our satisfaction and within a reasonable time frame. We were happy with the outcome.
