We went in to look at a used 2011 Quest. We called ahead and were advised that they had one in stock. The staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The price of the vehicle could have been better, as after buying the Quest, we looked on Kelley Blue Book and found a listing for another 2011 Quest with lower mileage for about $3000 less only about 40 miles away. So we felt they could have given us a better deal, but we were very happy with our salesperson, Nestor. More

We were looking for a Pathfinder and I went online to get online quotes from 5 different Nissan dealers. Although I received responses from all of then no one would give me a price on the vehicle we were lo online quotes from 5 different Nissan dealers. Although I received responses from all of then no one would give me a price on the vehicle we were looking for except for Fontana Nissan. We decided that if they were willing to quote a price, we would be willing to test drive the car. Everyone was very friendly and we received great service, from walking into the door until the last signature of financing. They worked with us and was willing to let us test drive what we wanted and ended up buying a Quest which we really like. It ended up to be a better choice for us than the Pathfinder we were thinking of buying. I would definitely recommend Fontana Nissan as the place to go. They let us really figure out what we want without any pressure. I will be sure to pass their name along. More

I went to this dealer because they had the vehicle I have been searching for, a Subaru WRX. Upon arriving to the dealership, I was immediately greeted by several employees, who seemed very excited to see a p been searching for, a Subaru WRX. I told them which vehicle I was interested in and they set me up with the sales consultant, Alexsa Davis, whom was quite possibly the best customer service representative I have ever had the pleasure of coming into contact with. It was also a treat to hear her delightful Polish accent while she explained everything about the car and the process of purchasing the vehicle. A full tank of gas was a nice touch as well. The only reason I rated my overall experience a 4 instead of a 5 is because after I agreed to buy the car of my dreams, we had to wait about two hours to even see the finance manager to sign the paperwork. But other than that, I had a great experience with this dealership. More
