To me, First impressions make a big roll. I pulled onto the lot and noticed everything was neat and clean & no trash sitting around. I was greeted nicely and promptly, Not like a bunch of hounds chasing their prey. I asked for the person I was dealing with online and was asked if I would like something to drink as I waited. "little things like this is always a plus" Within a minute, I was introduced with the gentleman on the other end of my emails. He was dealing with another customer, And asked if I minded if his salesman Christian assisted me. Christian did an excellent job as we test drove two different trucks. While back inside he also did a great job entertaining and answering my sons many many questions. Now that the deal was in motion, I was informed by the manager that the original deal that was talked about via email wasn't do-able. While I didn't like that very much, It was only off by a few hundred bucks and I knew I was still getting the best price. While waiting for finance, I checked out the service waiting area. Wow, They keep this place really clean, Yes, Even the bathrooms. Now into finance, Nothing new here & out with a brand new truck. Bottom line, I left a very happy customer. It took slightly longer than I would have liked, especially with the previous work done via email. Another plus buying from Fontana Nissan is their 7yr/100K powertrain warranty. Just be sure to get the warranty document with the vin# before leaving finance! More

I went to this location because I was not able to get West Covina Nissan on the phone...That is where the 1st vehicle was purchased back in June of this year.
