I normally hate dealerships and the entire experience; However, he showed me the cars I wanted, did not try to push anything else. In September of 2009, I came down with what I thought was the flu. I have since not recovered and have been diagnosed with MS. Unable to continue working at my chosen career and dealing with the red tape o the flu. I have since not recovered and have been diagnosed with MS. Unable to continue working at my chosen career and dealing with the red tape of SSD and Veteran's Benefits, we only had my wife's income - things had to go. Our big house which in the SoCal market was worth only half of what we paid was the big thing that went. Having had perfect credit prior to this, I was devastated to just "let it go" but Chase simply gave us no other option. Anyhow, long story short, I am no longer capable of driving my truck and my wife and I talked about getting into a JUKE AWD. When we arrived at the dealership we have many hurdles to overcome - being up-side-down on my truck (which we handled), but the ever ominous criminal organizations known as the CREDIT BUREAUS. Mine was bad, but my wife still had average credit. Freddie and the crew worked hard to get a bank to finance us at an interest rate we could live with. After the car was delivered and we were halfway home, we received a call from the manager who asked that we come back to the dealership as the bank had offered a lower interest rate. We went bake and signed a new loan document with 2 points less on the rate. Now, some of you know, but to the rest, the dealership is under no obligation to to pass that lower rate on to you. They can simply mark that off as points profit. I trust this salesman, the manager Barry Pugh, and the General Manager John. This is the first nice thing a business has done for me in a long, long time. And, by the way, I have a service dog (Ally), and there was never an issue with her being there and even John the General Manager offered to get her water. Now, how cool is that! Freddie.... thank you sir! And, thank you to the management team at Fontana Nissan, for a great experience on the second purchase of a vehicle from you! More
