Orlando was our sales agent who took his time, was informative and knowledgeable. Sayed helped us work out the details of our trade in, our down payment and our monthly payments with an easy attitude, low pressure and the confidence that he could make the deal work to our satisfaction. Steve came by several times to make sure things were working out the way we needed them to and assure us that everything that could be done would be done in order to make us happy. I dont remember our finance managers name but he was very nice, efficient and got us in and out of finance as quickly as possible. Thank you AGAIN for a great car buying experience! We went in to look at a used 2011 Quest. We called ahead and were advised that they had one in stock. The staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The price of the vehicle could have been better, as after buying the Quest, we looked on Kelley Blue Book and found a listing for another 2011 Quest with lower mileage for about $3000 less only about 40 miles away. So we felt they could have given us a better deal, but we were very happy with our salesperson, Nestor. More
