Your team was very helpful in every way! It was 10 o'clock at night cold and raining when I went in. I had came from another dealer ship which was Toyota of San Bernardino and there service was horri o'clock at night cold and raining when I went in. I came into Fontana Nissan not convinced I wanted to buy a new car. Alonso Cerrillos was fantastic as a sales person. His knowledge, professionalism and courtesy kept me at the barganing table. Through no fault of his own, the sales manager and I could not agree on a workable monthly payment. I kept hinting to Alonso to "bring me my keys, I'm going home. I will pray on this and see you tomorrow". After a few "let me work the numbers" from the manager, I was finally at the door, on my way out. Then they dropped the bomb shell name Barry Pugh. He dazzeled us with a joke, laugh, and "out-of-the-box" solution to my problem. His quick initiative and imaginative thinking paved the way for me to drive home in a new, beautiful, 2012 Nissan Altima. Alonso continued his professionalism by telling us everything we ever wanted or needed to know about my car. We took pictures, laughed, and formed a friendship not common in buying a car. And when the owner came outside, shook our hands, and congratulated us, that was fantastic. I am proud to have purchased my new car in a dealership surrounded by new friends. Oh, and let me not forget the finance gentleman, I think his name was Chris. He was on his job. Excellent business man, nice to talk to, easy to trust. The quality of work and overall experience was great due to the fact that they actually explained what everything was for and not just give you the keys and leave. Due to the price, its okay, it would of been just wonderful it was like $50 off, but either way its still good. Just the fact that it was a little bit for the down payment helped a lot. Aleksa really went above and beyond for me, explaining all of the different features, options, etc. While in financing, Wes really took the time to go over everything with me and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
