When I got to the Lot I Knew what I wanted.. I was greated when I steped out of my car. First let me say this was the second Nissan Dealership I went to, the first was Quality Nissan in Temecula and they got a Very Unsatisfactory Review. Now for Fontana Nissan. After my experience with Qua went to, the first was Quality Nissan in Temecula and they got a Very Unsatisfactory Review. Now for Fontana Nissan. After my experience with Quality Nissan I was not going to show for my appointment at Fontana Nissan because I was so upset by the experience on 12/28, but my daughter convinced me to just go and I have to say I am very glad that I did, not only did Fontana Nissan out price Quality Nissan by over 3,000 dollars they also out classed them which was priceless. First let me say that I was not in the best of moods when I arrived at the dealership and I probably was not the friendliest person when I first arrived as I was braced myself for what I thought was going to be a battle. 1. My first encounter with Fontana was Alex Ramos, Fleet and Internet Director, whom I had communications with prior to my visit and the first person that I spoke to after arriving at the dealership, he continued to keep in contact with me throught my time there. 2. Jose Bustamante, Sales Consultant, was next and he stayed with me for my entire time at the location, he took me to see the car I wanted, he wanted me to take a test drive but I declined as I had already test drove the same car at Quality Nissan so I did not need to test drive this vehicle but he did try to get me to drive this car. I'm sure it was a bit uncomfortable for Jose as I did not talk to him much because I was not in a good mood when I first arrived. Jose kept trying and didn't let my bad mood deter him and I really appreciated that. 3. Barry Pugh, Assistant Sales Manager, I informed Barry when he first sat down with me that I didn't want to seem rude or be a xxxxx, and yes I did use those exact words, I told him that I had no money to put down and that I realized I was upside down on my trade in. He presented an offer which I did not want, I told him he needed to contact my Credit Union with whom I already had preapproved funding he said he would call them but that he did not think they would fund the car since the amount would be over what the car was worth, he called them and they told him they would fund the car for the amount quoted. 4. Frank Bachman, General Manager, I had walked out to my trade-in to remove my CD's and License Plate frame and that is when I met Frank who congradulated me on my purchase and handed me his business card and told me that if I had any problems at all to call him directly. I thanked him and thought that would be the end of it but unfortunately I had to call him on 1/4 because I was missing the antenna but it was dark when I left the dealership and I didn't even notice it until a week later. I called Frank Bachman and he said he would send me UPS the antenna and a self addressed stamped envelop so that I can send him back the registration sticker for the car I traded in, he did not need to do that but I appreciated it. This was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle and I would recommend Fontana Nissan to everybody I know. I would really like to say thank you to the entire staff at Fontana Nissan but especially to the 4 people I had direct dealing with, Alex Ramos, Jose Bustamante, Barry Pugh and Frank Bachman. More

My husband had no intention of buying a new car we were just looking. He wanted a new Altima but we knew it was not in our budget so we looked for used.When Freddie told us we could afford new and that Fon just looking. He wanted a new Altima but we knew it was not in our budget so we looked for used.When Freddie told us we could afford new and that Fontana nissan had the bottom deal prices we decided to listen. Freddie was the most helpful, knowledgable about this car. He was patient and extremely considerate of our situation, it was the very best experience we have had at a dealership. They did not hunt us like bees to honey when we stepped on the lot they were very kind and just plain wonderful. If it had not been for Freddie we would not have gotten a car but because of his patience and kindness and his expert way he handled this deal we were able to buy a 2012 Altima with all the whitsles and bells my husband wanted, with virtually nothing down and a great monthly price. We will certainly be back and tell all our friends about Fontana Nissan and Freddie. Thank you so much Freddie and Fontana for making this one of the mose enjoyable experiences we have ever had buying a car. They beat carmax, montclair nissan and all the others we looked into.So again it was worth the trip and we just loved Freddie for making us feel so comfortable with this purchase. More
