I went to West Covina Nissan originally since my father got a car for me there. Went there in hopes to get a better car since they gave me a piece of crap. Long story short I left there pissed!! Not only did I not get what I was looking for, but their customer service was HORRIBLE! They laughed in my face for even trying to get a car to begin with. My best friend in the end convinced me to go to Fontana Nissan and Aleksa was the first one to greet me. She was able to explain to me every detail in the Altima that the West Covina NEVER even tried to explain to me. Although I didn't get the car 8 months ago I knew regardless I would be going back to Fontana Nissan. Well, I did and asked for Aleksa. She was ABSOLUTELY amazing. Friendly, informative, and patient with me. I walked out with a 2012 Versa and I'm extremely happy with my purchase as a first time buyer. HANDS DOWN, I will recommend all my friends and family to go there. Aleksa is the best and my best friends family will be coming soon to her. :) More

I went to the dealer just to get a feel of what I was wanting and price wise where I stood and I ended up buying a used 2011 Kia Sorento LX. Alonso was my salesman and he was just so easy going and helpf wanting and price wise where I stood and I ended up buying a used 2011 Kia Sorento LX.
