Seid and Alonso were amusing.i liked thier customer service. they were very friendly. they were very curious to help me. whenever i asked them any question about the car, they explained clearly and properly. this confirmed that they are very experinced and dedicated for the job.now i have a car;i am not waste my time waiting for a bus. thank you lisa,alonso,seid and the big boss. the other important thing, the owner for fontana dealer is a wonderful person;he was greeting everybody. The quality of work and overall experience was great due to the fact that they actually explained what everything was for and not just give you the keys and leave. Due to the price, its okay, it would of been just wonderful it was like $50 off, but either way its still good. Just the fact that it was a little bit for the down payment helped a lot. Customer Service -was big change, other dearlerships did not make us feel like we were important. This was my first time going to Fontana Nissan and I was very pleased with my experience. Nestor helped us first to find the car I was looking for. Then he had an appointment arrive so he passed us to Elija very pleased with my experience. Nestor helped us first to find the car I was looking for. Negotiating was very quick but then it did take a really long time to get to financing. Once we made it there it was very quick and we were out the door. It was Sunday and they seemed pretty busy so it was understandable and everyone tried to accomodate us to make the wait not so bad. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this dealership. More
