I got a quote on line and came in to the dealer braced for a fight, but it wasn't long before I started feeling comfortable. They were up front with the price and didn't play games with me. It took awhile, but they were able to find me the car I wanted at a fair price. They sent the salesperson (Alex - he's new and not on the list yet) to pick it up.
