On March 4th - the Fontana team - Frank Bachman, Mike (owner) Aleksa Davis and Syed Haider were fantastic! I was thrilled to see Frank - the GM who sold me previous Nissan at another dealership, was now (owner) Aleksa Davis and Syed Haider were fantastic! I was thrilled to see Frank - the GM who sold me previous Nissan at another dealership, was now at Fontana. Aleksa was the first female Sales consultant I've ever had and she answered all my questions and explained all the details of the car. She went the extra mile and found the exact-not my second choice-car that I wanted. I have had my new Black Amethyst Rouge with gray leather interior and Moon Roof)for 7 days. Frank and Syed worked well with my husband and I (mostly my husband who 'loves' to negotiate)to obtain a good price on the trade in of my 2005 Murano, and the the price of the 2012 Rouge. I was so impressed with the service, that I returned on 3/11 to purchase the Pulse system, customized Rouge floor mats, and a lRouge icence plate holder. The Sales and Service Department greeted me and took care of all my needs. Aleksa spent time explaining the Navication system and other controls. I could not be more pleased with my experience at Fontana Nissan. I will refer others to you. Thank you! More

I went to West Covina Nissan originally since my father got a car for me there. Went there in hopes to get a better car since they gave me a piece of crap. Long story short I left there pissed!! Not only did I not get what I was looking for, but their customer service was HORRIBLE! They laughed in my face for even trying to get a car to begin with. My best friend in the end convinced me to go to Fontana Nissan and Aleksa was the first one to greet me. She was able to explain to me every detail in the Altima that the West Covina NEVER even tried to explain to me. Although I didn't get the car 8 months ago I knew regardless I would be going back to Fontana Nissan. Well, I did and asked for Aleksa. She was ABSOLUTELY amazing. Friendly, informative, and patient with me. I walked out with a 2012 Versa and I'm extremely happy with my purchase as a first time buyer. HANDS DOWN, I will recommend all my friends and family to go there. Aleksa is the best and my best friends family will be coming soon to her. :) More

I went to the dealer just to get a feel of what I was wanting and price wise where I stood and I ended up buying a used 2011 Kia Sorento LX. Alonso was my salesman and he was just so easy going and helpf wanting and price wise where I stood and I ended up buying a used 2011 Kia Sorento LX. Alonso was my salesman and he was just so easy going and helpful and showed me a variety of options on what I was looking for and price range wise. He did awesome on knowing his inventory and even made me drive the cars so that I could get a better feel of what I wanted. He was so helpful and knowledgable he narrowed my decisions down for me so that I could finally decide what I really wanted. Barry was a great financial aspect to work with. He had great customer service and was pleasant to work with. I didn't feel like I was being forced into a decision or pressured, I was very comfortable with the numbers he was able to work for me even when I told him that they weren't going to work for me. They were both a pleasure to meet and get to know as I signed papers and I believe a great asset to the Fontana Nissan Company. I recommend you see these two people to have a pleasurable experience!
