After shopping around for a new car, I decided on the 2012 Nissan Juke. I visited 2 other dealerships in the area before coming to Fontana-Nissan. I didn't buy the Juke from those dealerships because b 2012 Nissan Juke. I visited 2 other dealerships in the area before coming to Fontana-Nissan. I didn't buy the Juke from those dealerships because both of them had dealer add-on stickers in addition to the MSRP pricing. For example, one dealership was asking $999 for a spoiler that had an MSRP of $435 (per Edmunds.com). If they were going to try and rip me off before I ever sat down to negotiate a deal, it made me wonder what kind of other scams they were going to pull during the sale. I decided to look on-line at some consumer opinion sites to find a reputable dealer. I found DealerRater.com. Fontana-Nissan was the highest rated Nissan dealer in my area with a 4.9 out of 5 stars rating. So off we went to buy our new Juke... From the moment we stepped onto the lot, it was apparent that this dealership was far different from any of the others we had dealt with previously. First, the salesman, Tony Akinola, was very welcoming and quickly assisted us in taking a test drive. Within 5 minutes of being on the lot, the store's General Manager, Frank Bachman, came out and greeted us. He gave his business card, indicating that he was available if we had any problems and thanked us for considering their dealership for our purchase. When's the last time a General Manager came out of their 2nd floor office to greet a customer? We were very impressed. Tony was a great salesman. He was very personable and very knowledgable about the car. He sat with us the entire transaction while we negotiated the deal with the Assistant Sales Manager, Marlon Matthews and Sales Manager, Barry Pugh. Marlon and Barry were both very professional, respectful, and no-pressure. (I've been to several Nissan dealers that had none of those qualities.) The entire team was awesome and we left feeling like we had received a very fair and reasonable deal on both our trade-in and our new car. After the documents were signed and a long day, Tony took the time to show us all of the features of the car and assisted us in removing our items from our old vehicle into the new one. He called us the following day to see how things were going and today we received a letter thanking us for our business. This was the absolute best car-buying experience I've ever had. Thank you Fontana-Nissan for restoring my faith in good old-fashioned honest business practices. I'll be back in about 3 years for my 370Z! See you all then.... vroom vroom. More

She has stayed in contact with me after the purchase of my vehicle in order to ensure that I have a full understanding of how to operate the vehicles features and to assist me with any questions that I may have as it purtains to the vehicles warrenty and maintenance. I would highly recommend Fontana Nissan to any buyer who is seeking a new or used automobile. They will take great care of you. More

The sales staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The only down side is that the vehicle was not delivered as clean as it could be. The windows were very smudged. Alex Ortiz was very friendly and courteous he gave us an awesome service. We had to wait a long time to get to see the finance manager but he was there offering us pizza, drinks and keeping us company. He s awesome service. I had the most pleasant experience that I've ever enjoyed at Fontana Nissan. Jerome Porter (Service Advisor) was so personable, helpful & joyous. I brought my car in for an inspection. After the inspection w at Fontana Nissan. Jerome Porter (Service Advisor) was so personable, helpful & joyous. I brought my car in for an inspection. After the inspection was completed, my car had several required repairs. Jerome took me over to my car to show me why I needed each repairs. By Jerome doing the following, this helped me see for myself what was needed. If he didn’t do the following, I would have thought he was just trying to take advance of me because I am a woman who knows nothing about cars. He made me feel at ease and very comfortable.
