The minute I entered the car lot I was treated like I was someone important. Everyone was friendly, polite and curteous. The sales associate Sam helped me choose the car that I wanted to buy, by making sure someone important. Everyone was friendly, polite and curteous. He didn't try to push off a more expensive car on me but made sure I knew that I had options. Though the whole process does take a while in general, I was never left sitting alone wondering what was going on or how long it would be. The sales associate stood by my side the whole step of the way and made sure I knew everything that was going on and that I was as comfortable as possible. In the end i ended up with the car I wanted and a great deal on it. At first I dreaded buying a car, because of past experiences at dealerships with unfriendly staff, but my whole experience has changed my mind. Its nice for someone to treat you good and want to help you because they value you as a customer.
