Before I came in I used the "chat with dealer" feature which was very helpful-- the person who helped me was Kevin and I appreciated that he didn't take a long time to type in responses! I then came in and Melissa took me on a test drive and did an evaluation of my trade-in; she was efficient and friendly, very easy to work with. Barry went over the financing options with me, and I appreciated that instead of only giving me the things I asked for, he brought out a spreadsheet so I could see things I hadn't thought to ask about yet (but probably would have) -- this saved us time. He was also very personable. Then, Wes handled the financial/paper-signing piece and made several really good suggestions for me. He also rushed things along since I was running late for a meeting. (Because of my being in a rush I didn't fully process everything he told me so I called back the next day and got a re-explanation that was very clear.) All in all, this was a very good experience and I'm very happy with my vehicle! More
