He was VERY good with my niece, and when I told him that I needed the best buy on a Versa he did not try to talk me up or push add-ons. When I told him I wanted to check out a Chevy Sonic he drove my by a Chevy dealer to look at one. He was knowledgeable about why he felt I should get a Versa, and I obviously agreed with him. When I told Syed that I did not like to buy a car the same day I looked, he offered to lower the cost and gave me a great interest rate.
