We were looking for a car and we visit all of Nissan dealers in LA and orange, than we give a shot to one more. It cost us 30 min drive but i would definitely do it again for those deals !!!. Not only we got better deal ( I mean few thousands better deal on our used trade and great deal on our new car ) but from the moment we entered the dealer we were quite in shock. If VIP can be attached to clients than we were VIP on that time. I guess we meet everyone there and everyone was so friendly. Even the big boss were there to say HI. I am strongly recommending this dealership and if someone is saying "we are giving you the best deal" simply go straight to FONTANA NISSAN and ask fo ALEKSA DAVIS - she will find a way to find a way better deal !!! My husband n i went to Nissan of Fontana to SEE the new models of the Altimas car i never imagine coming home with the new 2013 Altima. I went to "look" at the Nissan Murano and came out owning a new car. Love the car! Q was very helpful to me. Open to showing me multiple cars both new and used. Fontana does not treat their water and when nissan washes their cars they get water spotted. i wrote the head office and heard nothing. yes they rewashed my car with the crap water so it did nothing!! their cars they get water spotted. i wrote the head office and heard nothing. yes they rewashed my car with the crap water so it did nothing!! i had to pay someone to buff and detail the exterior of my car. also nissan materials are poor quality. my brakes constantly squeak. A month after puchasing i found out i had fluid leaking from the differential i went to nissan WEST COVINA and it was replaced they were very nice. needless to say i won't be buying or recommending a nissan. . This is my first car purchase in the US so I was a bit new in the car market here but I have already purchased 3 cars overseas where I stayed the most. My wife hates the service people with our local hond new in the car market here but I have already purchased 3 cars overseas where I stayed the most. My wife hates the service people with our local honda so we decided to get a nissan for our second car here. She purchased our first car alone because I was overseas. After making the appointment with Danny Truong, I and my wife went to this dealership last Sunday morning, met with Bruce which we liked cause of his friendliness and overall customer service. I will rate him a high five. We happily purchased the car after they showed us the supposedly discount and that the APR is 2.99 which is equivalent to what we will have with our bank. We took the offer and went home with the Nissan Armada. Then the big truth unfolds, after I checked with the nissan payment estimator with the same data (2.99% with 5500d/p)and the website did not even claim any discount I was paying more around 80 bucks a month and with the kelly blue book around 30 more.Thats 4800 dollars or 1800 more... Hahaha. The customer service is great but the way they conduct their mathematics is a rip off. I would recommend it to a friend because of their good customer service and the 100000 miles warranty which nobody might need but bring their calculators and compare their monthly quote with the nissan payment estimator or theh kelly blue book. Otherwise, you would feel bad like me.. like I don't know my math. hmmmppphhhh. Or is this a common practice in car dealerships. I'll probaly find out soon enough. More
We highly recommend Fontana Nissan for their courteous manner in which we were dealt with. Though we were test driving only we were given the same level of personal attention and regard as if we were buyi manner in which we were dealt with. Making a decision on which car to buy had a lot to do with the Sales consultant Albert Donkor. He was informed, patient, and engaging during the entire time spent, well over 3 hours!!
