I spoke with Albert & Danny, and they set up the purchase and the loan beforehand, so that it could be a quick process when picking the vehicle up. When we arrived, Leon took us for a test drive, explained the warranty and FREE EXTENDED WARRANTY to us. He was quick, efficient and professional. We liked working with him a lot since he was so down to earth and friendly. We were in and out including signing loan docs in just an hour! Albert followed up with a phone call to make sure that we liked the car and were satisfied. Excellent customer service! Thanks Nissan of Fontana! I had a great experience at this car dealership. I came in to trade my maxima for a new vehicle. Aleksa Davis and Melissa Percival did a great job helping me pick out a right car and were not pushy or anno in to trade my maxima for a new vehicle. They had excellent knowledge on the vehicles and made sure I test drove the car many times to make sure it was what I wanted. I have purchased many cars and this dealership seems to really care about the needs of the customer and really want to work with you to make sure you are happy with the vehicle and the price. This was my first time financing a vehicle as opposed to leased and Rick Khan went over every detail and made sure I understood and agreed with everything before I signed it. He was not pushy when it came to extending my warranty and went over the reasons why I should consider a warranty with my driving history. After a bad experience with a Rock Honda,and being lied to my husband and I went to our bank to see if we could get a car loan through them. We were told by the bank to go over to Fontana Nissan. When we arrived, We started to look at the used cares and I found a Hyundai Santa Fe, which we test drove and decided to try and get it. They were extremely helpful completely honest about EVERYTHING. There were some issues but neither gentleman gave up and continued to keep us informed regarding the loan process why they asked for certain items and why some banks were saying no to us. After several attempts with the banks and a couple hours later our Sales persons Eddie and Barry laid everything on the table and were completely honest about what was going on and why it was taking so long. at about 8pm Barry then informed us that we would be better off getting a new vehicle instead of the used one. I had to ask him twice to make sure I heard right. They proceeded to listen to why we needed a SUV and told us that the Roque would work for that. So now instead of the Sante Fe we now own a 2013 Roque. I cannot say enough about these dealership they are worth the trip :-) THANKYOU EDDY AND BARRY FOR ALL THE HELPAND MY WONDERFUL NEW ROQUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Our experience at Fonata Nissan was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgable. We were originally going to go with a lower priced used car, however with the help of our sales rep Jo staff was very friendly and very knowledgable. We were originally going to go with a lower priced used car, however with the help of our sales rep Josh, we were able to find the perfect car that fit our soon to be expanding family and price. The warrany they offer on pre-owned vehicles is virtually unheard of and was a huge determining factor in our decision to purchase.
