At first, our experience was not great, We did not get clear information on the vehicle we were interested nor did we get the attention needed to close the sale. We did not feel like what we wanted in reg clear information on the vehicle we were interested nor did we get the attention needed to close the sale. We did not feel like what we wanted in regards to the negotiation was being handled well. On our second visit, Daniel Martinez provided excellent service. Although he seemed to not know alot about the Armada, he was still able to pin point key differences between the new and the used model. What he did not know he did take the time to speak to another sales consultant and get the information we needed. He was not interested in just selling us a car but on actually finding the right fit for our expanding family. We must say Daniel Martinez has a lot of potential and drive to make sure the customer is happy with their purchase. Although on our second visit, we still were not able to close the sale, he did follow up the next day and wished for us to hopefully come on back and be able to assist us further. Once we felt like this was not going to happen, Franklin Nunez gave us a call and asked us why it did not work out for us. When we informed him what we were looking for in regards to payments and down deposit, Franklin made it possible to get negotiations made faster through our at most 35 min conversation than the 2 days that we were previously there for. What we did not seem to like, he would talk to his manager and then give us a call right back. This gentleman is a top notch great seller that strives in getting a deal between the customer and dealership. He makes sure that both parties are happy with the outcome. Once we agreed to deal, as soon as we arrived to the dealership, Franklin had the Armada all nice and washed and even took the time to review all the features of the SUV as well as get things fixed like the front passenger arm rest before we drove off the lot. To tell you the truth, after our first 2 visits there initially we were not happy and with all honesty were thinking of never coming back to this dealership for any future purchases. But its like people like Daniel Martinez and Franklin Nunez that made us believers once again with this dealership. Our out most thanks to Franklin Nunez for giving us a call back and inquiring why we were not happy with what occurred and actually trying to solve how and what it would take for us to drive away in our dream car. It was an absolute pleasure working with Phil, he gave me special attention and was very patient with me, as I wanted to look at a lot of different models and then when I chose the Rogue I walked him all over the lot looking at the different colors and interiors,(poor Phil), but I hadn't bought a new car since 1997 and I have been a single mother for many years so I have to make wise choices for myself and Phil did that for me. He reassured me what a great car Nissan makes and it will be a reliable car for me. After I completed the financing Phil took my car to the gas station for me and then we sat in the car and he showed me how to set up my blue-tooth, as I am electronically challenged. Throughout the year I have called Phil when I have questions pertaining to my car and he is never to busy to speak to me and answer my questions, he even has called me back on his days off. Phil was such a pleasure to work with and trusting, that I have sent several family members to him and they have purchased cars from him too and just recently my daughter-in law bought an Altima from Phil and worked hard with her, as she had a certain amount she could afford and he spent time with her and she got a beautiful black Altima and she is so happy! I bought a brand new car at Fontana Nissan dealership. They were all very friendly and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Once I found the car they worked very hard on getting the best finance options for my budget. Phil Jimenez was my sales consultant, he was very helpful and made sure I had a good experience. She did a great job explaining to us what every car did, had, and price ranges, She definitely helped us on deciding which car fit me best. Like I mentioned before, we were not in there to purchase a car, but it’s amazing how Melissa made us change our minds, Who would have known I would be leaving the dealer that day with a brand new car.
